Wild and wacky hotel full of bright and graphic modern art. Very much a statement place, and only really suitable if you like the modern art world. Staff were helpful but it did take about 15 minutes to get drinks ordered on the terrace, despite letting staff know we were wanting to order. Byblos Art Hotel is an exquisite 5 star property! The team was extremely polite, professional and attentive. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. An unexpected, enchanting property immersed in the uniqueness of the Valpolicella area. The tru added value is also the quality of tje staff and great culinary experiences.

Gorgeous and unique experience. We loved being just outside Verona especially as that gave us access to a pool and AC during a very hot week. Having a car was key - we did our city touring during the day then took advantage of some amazing restaurants outside of town at night. There are a few nearby and in the hotel. Only negative - AC in our room wasn’t great overnight and TV didn’t work.

Otel location was nice, receptionist was very friendly and polite. I liked the hotel. Only i did not satisfy about one thing. I have request bed for my baby and they request 50 eur for baby bed. i booked the room 60-65 eur for two person. We had stayed a few hotels in italy during our vacation and nobody request payment for baby bed. This is a bit opportunism.

Really nice rooms The room itself was quite nice, with a brilliant bed. The hotel is placed near to one of the main roads, it made it a bit noisy but not too much. Very clise to the hotel is the "old part" of San Pietro in Cariano, a superb area with beautiful houses and stunning views. All in all a very nice stay

The hotel is slightly dated but the friendlies of staff make up up for it. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. At reception during check-out, were even recommend a place to visit, which we didn't know about and the views were spectacular! Breakfast was good as well so overall a good experience but excellent service from staff

All staffs were very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate all the assistance when I needed help on calling a taxi. The rooms are very clean too.
