We were charmed by our driver, Vitolo, welcomed by Riccardo at our reception, and served by Elana with perfect attention. The hotel’s contemporary art collection could be exhibited in any fine art museum or gallery; in fact, the collection was enhanced with the furnishings, lighting and stenciled walls and ceilings...

Wild and wacky hotel full of bright and graphic modern art. Very much a statement place, and only really suitable if you like the modern art world. Staff were helpful but it did take about 15 minutes to get drinks ordered on the terrace, despite letting staff know we were wanting to order. An unexpected, enchanting property immersed in the uniqueness of the Valpolicella area. The tru added value is also the quality of tje staff and great culinary experiences.

Gorgeous and unique experience. We loved being just outside Verona especially as that gave us access to a pool and AC during a very hot week. Having a car was key - we did our city touring during the day then took advantage of some amazing restaurants outside of town at night. There are a few nearby and in the hotel. Only negative - AC in our room wasn’t great overnight and TV didn’t work.

Really nice rooms The room itself was quite nice, with a brilliant bed. The hotel is placed near to one of the main roads, it made it a bit noisy but not too much. Easy access to bus for day trip to Verona Staff was extremely helpful and friendly No AC if you go after sept 30 but that seemed to be the case in all our Northern italy stays. Window open was fine as it is not noisy. Overall, a good day we were only going to be there one night but opted to stay a second night because everything was so convenient.

We were on a motorcycle and needed a place to sleep. Very clean rooms, very neat bathroom, lovely hot shower with a powerful jet, beds are comfortable and the owner very friendly and hospitable. And right next to it there is a particularly good restaurant, which is not from the same owner. We are really spoiled.

I spent one night in this simple B&B. Large and clean room, queen-size bed, compliant bathroom. The accommodation is located above the Vecchia Rama Restaurant Pizzeria and this could be a negative point due to the noise. Excellent hospitality, spacious rooms and even mini-apartments with kitchen use. Breakfast included and very attentive cleaning service. It is immersed in the Valpolicella between hills and vineyards combed and flavored by several treatments. The only sore point, but not very serious, is the high volume of the music until late at night from an adjacent room. Recommended!

Even if my trip was not really a vacation ... But for visits and interventions at the Don Calabria hospital ... I would say my experience was super positive. Fiorenza, the owner, is super helpful .. and being alone and without a means of transport she took care of me like a true friend, she has a shuttle service to the hospital which is still 5 min. clean and welcoming. Our relaxing weekend was off to the best start when we were greeted by the most wonderful and gracious hostess and an apertif spread that was enough to call it dinner. The property and room was excellent. But the breakfast was to die for. Cappuccino, tea, breads, torts, cereals, eggs, fruit, yogurt, juices... and the list goes on. I would recommend this wonderful BnB to anyone travelling in the Verona...

It's an amazing place to stay. Elena, the host, has a great attention to detail and you will feel so welcome it will be difficult to leave. The rooms are beautiful and uber clean and breakfast is a yummy buffet of savoury and sweet treats. Of course all cakes are homemade too!

Goot hotel with very friendly staff! The rooms were clean, but the walls are very thin. The location is a bit far away from Verona, but there is a busstop with a direct bus to the city center.

I stayed in hotel Borghetti for 5-6 days. The service was excellent ! Room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in room: hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels etc. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was various and tasty. Bus stop is close and it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the historical center. There are some parking places. Thank you so much!

In short, it is a good hotel, run by a family, quite close to Verona, which is connected by public transportation and a 20-minute drive away. We have stayed there for 3 years in a row and it is consistent in its quality-cleanliness-price. Spacious, bright rooms, and home made restaurant inside, nothing more is needed.

Room 59 had the spare bed which made the room slightly smaller than room 56 which didn't have the spare bed but had more space and a couch. The bathroom was slightly dated in room 59 while room 56 was very modern. If you are travelling as a young family room 56 would be a better option. The staff adjusted the menu to allow for a additional things for our family including apple juice, chicken nuggets...

Pretty nice hotel on a main road. The bus stop and wander to the hotel isn't really suitcase friendly, but the manager carried our bags to our room which helped. If you miss the bus stop...it's quite hard if you're unfamiliar with the area where to get off next. The room itself was big. There was a couch that was a bit springless but ok. Easy to get to surroundef by pleasant countryside and few minutes into Verona. Lovely and helpful staff. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and had all the essential conveniences (wifi, TV, fridge, AC). The hotel is located a few miles outside the city centre, but there are bus stops both ways right outside the hotel. Fantastic value for the money!

The air conditioning did not work and the light in the hall (sensor) remained on, which made it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, we missed water glasses in the room. I borrowed two from the restaurant.

Very affordable, no thrills option for a stopover in Verona. Buses are fairly frequent towards the centre or station and only take 15 minutes.

Good Hotel We enjoyed our stay. The lady behind the desk was very helpful with bus information. Without a car it is a little difficult to get around as it is on the outskirts of town. The bus stop to the main centre of Verona runs on the hour and 40 mins into the hour. The bus stop to the train station/to the hotel from the station is 500 m away. Great location to a trip you go around the lake and cities nearby, parking is easy to find. nice crew, the rooms are very compact but "do" the job. clean and quiet. The lobby is not occupied 24h something to consider if problems occur at night or you plan to check-in late.

This has to be the FRIENDLIEST hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are "simple" but very clean and function well, but the big hotel chains definitley need to send their staff here to learn how to do customer service properly :) The pool is brilliant with plenty of loungers for the guests. Did not stay there, but it is a lovely place to have a - very reasonably priced - cafe or aoeritivo, and for anyone looking for a place to work, the free WiFi is excellent. The family running the hotel is extremely lovely, would come back anytime.

We have been staying at the Fontana every year for many years, and have never considered changing our choice of accommodation. We are more than happy with our visits there, and enjoy seeing all the staff, whom we now consider friends.

Very close to the bus stop, right outside the door. The staff were friendly. You need to return your room key to the staff when you leave the hotel, and pick it up again when you return after sightseeing. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, and the stay was very comfortable. Recommended.

Excellent hotel not far from the historic center of Verona. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and quite spacious. There's a Lidl supermarket just 300 meters away. The breakfasts were fantastic and delicious. At the front desk, they offered us a map and marked all the main attractions in Verona. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent Hotel for business travelers.

There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear people going to the toilet. It is almost impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. It is very cold and there are no blankets. Poor breakfast.

About 30mins walk to tourists attraction in city center. Lidl is 5 mins walk for grocery shopping. Lobby is a bit dated but the room is renovated.

What an amazing location. We just stayed one night with our 2 kids in apartment 15 and it was really fantastic. The apartment was clean the stuff was super friendly and the food in the restaurant as well as the breakfast was very good. It was our second stay in Corte San Mattia and this time we celebrated our wedding there. The experience exceeded all of our expectations. We travelled with 12 people and all their rooms where comfortable and clean. All ros are designed with a rustic touch which perfectly fits the area. The breakfast offers a variety of tasty fresh baked cakes, bread role's, jams, scrambled eggs, salami, prosciutto...

We stayed here with the family (3 children, husband and I) in the period 21-24. May and we are thrilled with this accommodation! The room was not as upto our expectations. There was no vanity in the room, the bed was very stiff and the bathroom was very small, especially the shower space. The lift itself was very slow and there was chlorine like smell in the hallways

This is not a 4 star hotel. Worst food I’ve ever seen. There is nothing edible in the breakfast buffet unless you are into cold cheap crap! Also the spa was closed the entire time. Disappointed… at least it’s nice inside and rooms are decent. Defo find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is okay, you can walk 20min or take the bus/taxi to the historical center. We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed.
