The architecture is magnificent, and the service is professional and enthusiastic. The hot spring itself doesn't have much of a flavor. The main building has good heating and facilities, but the Nodoya annex, although on a higher floor, is too cold due to insufficient heating.

The rooms in the annex are small, as is the hot spring bath. The hot spring bath in the main building is large, but the view isn't great, and the breakfast is average. The supermarket and Matsumoto Kiyoshi store across from the hotel are large and inexpensive.

The hotel is really great; I never expected to get this level of hot spring hotel for this price. They offer a shuttle service from the station to the hotel, and if you don't speak Japanese, you can ask Ctrip customer service for help with reservations.

The stay was very comfortable, the hot springs were top-notch, and the hotel as a whole was very large.

We used this hotel for a special family trip. When we informed them in advance, they even upgraded our room on the day. We were very satisfied with everything from the luxurious facilities to the large open-air bath overlooking the ocean and the delicious food! We would definitely use this hotel again!

Although the hotel is still undergoing earthquake repairs, its interior design and facilities haven't been noticeably affected. The hospitality is excellent, both in terms of reception and prompt replacement of amenities. They also have English-speaking staff available to assist foreign tourists, which significantly eases communication difficulties for international guests.

This hotel left a lasting impression on me. The lobby has floor-to-ceiling windows offering a direct view of the lake. The rooms were very spacious, and both breakfast and dinner were plentiful. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

The face side of the duvet had the smell of the previous guest on it, and it smelled really bad. I switched it with the foot side and was able to sleep. I hope you'll be careful about the smell.

With the room remodeling and simplification required for consecutive stays, I feel that offering one free can of beer isn't really worth it. Looking back, I think it would have been better to remake everything rather than offering a free 300-400 yen can of beer. The breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied, thank you. I'm glad that the parking lot was nearby, I'm satisfied.

The location is good, close to the station, but in a quiet environment. There are sushi restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. There was also a famous patisserie.

ROUTE INN basically has a large public bath, which is great for relaxing during business trips. The cleaning here was also very good.

Amazing rooms and service. This is a 10 Star plus hotel. The staff were fabulous in helping us when we left our Thunderbird tickets in the spacious room and did everything possible to help us and they did! This place has an amazing lobby in which you are free to get snacks. Their rooms are traditional Japanese style, overlooking the ocean. They have an outdoor and indoor Onsen which can accommodate a lot of guests. Their food is also superb. No wonder a lot of Japanese centenarians come here by buses. If given the chance I want to go back.

Stayed here nearly 8 years ago, but remember my stay as if it were yesterday. Great hotel with great service and fantastic hot spring. Very sad to hear that it suffered during recent earthquake, and really wish their business speedy recovery and all the best!

Stayed a night at Tadaya in Dec 2018 when we visited Noto Peninsula and their omotenashi is unforgettable. One of the best ryokans we’ve stayed in. Rooms were nice and clean, comfy futon, half board meals were good and onsen was great with sea view from the outdoor onsen. Has onsite parking.

The sea view at the entrance of the hotel is very beautiful. The hotel has free bicycle rentals. The milk and beef in Noto are delicious. I will stay here again next time

The room is good. As a hot spring hotel, the price is slightly cheaper due to its slightly remote location. But the price/performance ratio is high. The service attitude is excellent. The hotel is right by the sea, with unbeatable views and tasteful decoration inside. The service is attentive and first-class, breakfast and dinner are exquisite, and the sashimi is delicious. It's been over 20 years since I last visited Wakura Kagaya. This was my first time staying at Matsuno Aoi. The attentive service, stylish room, and delicious dinner and breakfast (served in the restaurant on the second floor) were even better than I expected. I stayed at Kagaya Honkan for several nights, but this one was quieter and more relaxing. What surprised me was that when I was sitting down to eat a free ice cream after a bath, the lounge staff from Haruka nodded to me when we made eye contact. My stay is from 1st - 4th Dec. The setting of the hotel is beautiful, however it not the modern hotel. I prefer it that way, the staff were friendly and great. The rooms are well maintained.
