Great spot! Worth the value! Really good location to start my visit to the ruins the next day. Rooftop views to die for. The air conditioning and fan made for a nice cool sleep. A small hotel right next to the road opposite the ancient plains of the old Roman city. The conditions are minimal, but there is a toilet and shower in the room + Wi-Fi. Everything was also clean, the owner was very hospitable. I recommend it, don't be afraid, it's 3 minutes to the entrance to the Jerash. The photos on the website correspond to reality, the only detail 😅

We enjoyed our stay in a very organized room that contains everything except : 1- One of the bedrooms lacks AC in addition to the non- working AC of the living room. 2- Outside terrace was very dusty and dirty which prohibited us from sitting outside to enjoy the view. 3- Very Very Understaffed : There was only ONE employee for the whole hotel in reception. 4- Breakfast was below a four star hotel...

I spent the last week in Amman Jordan for both work and pleasure. The majority of my stay was spent at the Lijam Hotel. This hotel was convenient for both my work and exploration of Amman. The staff was friendly and professional from my first interaction to the moment I checked out. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. If I ever make it back to Amman, I would happily stay here again.

The place is excellent and clean and the guys are very respectful

It's not a bad hotel. Rooms are a bit old but clean, just a bit of anti-calc could do wonders in the shower. Hot water was good(if you turn the boiler on) and the staff is very friendly. We didn't have the breakfast, because 7 JD pp is a bit high.

I stayed with a group of travellers for one night. Well, it was enough for that. Rooms quite worn off, but clean. Very friendly staff, both dinner and breakfast surprised me with good quality and taste, lovely arranged plates and more variety than expected. To the street my room was quite noisy during the night. A liquor store and a Lebanese grocery store are across the street, but you are not allowed...

Normal experience overall for a 4 start hotel. Staff is very nice and respectful. Rooms are big, clean enough but are facing a busy street. Close to Yarmouk University and taxis can be found easily. Breakfast was adequate. Prices are a bit high. Good for a night or two at Irbid.

Everything was fine except the hotel should provide bidet and better water pressure to all levels.

I cannot praise the staff enough. We had a very warm welcome from all the reception staff. All the staff in the hotel were kind and attentive to us. The bedrooms were great, clean and very spacious. We stayed on extra days and enjoyed our time at this hotel.

We stsyed here as part if a tour. Nice rooms, comfy beds. Good service. Breakfast is a big minimalist and their seasoning seems to be salt, with more salt. Rather a poor location as next to nothing in the area for a tourist. Good if you need a place on a tour but not a great place if you want to do anythjng around the hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel... Nice staff. The area near Al Yarmouk University is really nice full of markets, cafe and food shop. Also its 5 minutes driving to Irbid city centre as well as Arabella Mall. Price is excellent compared to other hotel. RECOMMENDED.

Not the most appealing hotel from the outside but they more than make up for it with the courteous service by the front desk staff and the spacious rooms. For irbid, this hotel is as good as it gets, if I’m ever in town again I’ll definitely be staying here. Breakfast was included however did not get a chance to try it as I had to leave early.

One of the best hotels to stay in comparing with others in the area, wide rooms and good service; but, some times its price goes high.

It is a nice clean hotel. Near the University but not on the noisy street. I would recommend a higher room with windows open to the west (University st.) because the view is really beautiful. The rooms open to south have balconies and nice if the weather is good. Also there is a 24/7 supermarket just outside and a good Falafel place beside it.

It is very close to Amman university and you can easily walk to campus or the uni hospital.

The hotel is on a hillside and very quiet, but the surrounding restaurants are a few hundred meters away. When I stayed there during the special period, there were only 14 people.

We 5 family members stayed at the hotel with 2 rooms (1 couple room and 1 triple room)…amazed with their hospitality specially with room service and flexibility in check out…their food was amazing with varieties of breakfast options and mouth watering dinner set menu….a big shout out to Receptionist Muhammad and the chef Ahmad Wadi.
