The lake view is truly unbeatable; you open the door to the lake and snow-capped mountains, but that's really the only highlight. If you have the budget, definitely book a separate suite. The soundproofing is terrible; you can feel the floor and bed vibrate every time someone walks in other rooms or the hallway, which makes it hard to get a good rest.

Nice location, good view, but you need 4-wheel car to get there 😅.

Need 4x4 suv car to reach the hotel. Room was fine but no bottle of water in the room. Supurb view.

The stay was overall excellent and very satisfying. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The environment was peaceful and suitable for families. The service was good—staff were friendly and helpful, although there is still slight room for improvement in responsiveness. Amenities provided were also good and sufficient for a comfortable stay. Pana Unique Kolsay 🚗 This popular riverside hotel requires you to park at Baursaq, then a 4WD from the hotel picks you up. It's a bumpy half-hour ride. 🥓 Breakfast is served at the Tary restaurant, which has an amazing view that everyone wants to check in for. However, the food isn't good at all – it's cold and expensive. The best thing was the fresh juice 🥹, but the beautiful view made up for it....

The only place at Lake Kolsay with the best view.
