There is no split system (only they will install it), you just have to open the window even if it’s hot outside! There is no refrigerator or tea making facilities. Ariston was not included! But the LUX room. The dining room menu leaves much to be desired and the flies are annoying. Each client brings your salary to you and don’t be inert!

There is no air conditioning even in the suite! Very noisy! The mattress is terrible! The shower stall falls just like a tumbler)) I couldn't find the TV remote at all)) Don't be fooled by the word luxury, it's not there!

Not the best place to stay, but it's okay.

good hotel,great position - city center, but i missed the internet connection.

Basically I was bought mobile phone. There much more cheaper than others big shops like Sulpak, Technodom etc.

The room and the service are ok. The restaurant (diner / breakfast)is terrible...

the hotel has an excellent restaurant with variety of national dishes.

We had a training here - well organised, three spacious conference rooms, good meals, especially pastries, and service. The rooms are beautiful, it's quite, clean, cozy and spacious. Some have the view on the mountains! Quite a distance from the center of the town, but taxi is cheap to get there if you want

Nice hotel in Taldykorgan. Had a special dinner there.
