We had a perfect stay here. The place is incredibly clean and well equipped. The staff are amazing, they looked after my boyfriend when he got ill and he was back to good health in no time. Great hotel with friendly staff, comfortable nice rooms, and a nice cafe to have breakfast. The woman speaks a little English and is very friendly. One thing to be aware of though is that this hotel is directly next door to a mosque, so you’ll hear the call to prayer early in the morning and other times of day.
I stayed a few nights here while cycling through. Nice clean room with a view on a quiet street. Breakfast was included and very good. Short ride to grocery and bus station.
Stayed for three nights, room was clean, bathroom had hot water, bed was comfortable. People at the hotel were really helpful. They helped us to go and see the national Park and have an easy ride back to Almaty. Very kind and a pleasant stay.
