I stayed at number 11 , the building is old , the taps are out of place , the toilet is shaking , after paying the money they said the water was cut , there was a little hot water , then the tap continued to rumble . The weather is 36 degrees and there is no air conditioning in the room. Since it was evening, I had no chance to look elsewhere, so I had to. They said there is no breakfast even though it was written in google. I was able to persuade him to move to the hostel side which is air conditioned at midnight , there the bed was broken and the room was dirty . There is indoor parking but the gate was left open all night.

Externally, the hotel is ok, the rooms are spacious, but it stinks nearby, there is no reception, the cafe is not open...

The rooms on the 3rd floor are stuffy. Low power air conditioner. Plumbing needs repair.

Stayed for one night. Clean enough. Amenities in the room. But all night long someone scratched, a mouse or a rat.

Stayed there for one night on our way to Atyrau, GREAT place to sleep in a warm bed, grab breakfast, refill thermos and continue the journey!!! Nice rooms, warm beds and very friendly staff! Definitely recommend!!!
