Large spacious two-story house, terrace, grill and a huge area. All the amenities mentioned are there. Great view and location - right on the river. Of the minuses: the crib was on the second floor, it was not possible to lower it down. Yellow water in the plumbing (we knew about this beforehand from the reviews, so it was not a surprise), and there is a large bottle of drinking water in the house

There is something to strive for! Beautiful large area with football and volleyball fields, next to the river, nice terrace. The interior could have been better, there was no hair dryer, no coffee and I didn't like the synthetic blankets. Super place for summer holidays

Very clean, modern accommodation with a great host! Activity options like paddle boarding on a lake, mini golf, basketball, billiard etc. All together, great experience, will be back for sure!

I don't know how rooms are here, but restaurant it's good enough to stop for lunch. Prices are pretty good, food hot and delicious, waiter friendly and helpful.

We had some coffee and tasty pancakes for a snack in this cafe in a hotel in the small town of Mērsrags, on our short trip to stoney seaside in Kaltene. Service was fast and polite. Pleasant impression.

Inconspicuous restaurant, serving the best fish in the area. Do not remember when I recently have had such fresh and tasty fish dishes. Prices are acceptable, soups 2-3 euro, second dishes (including fish) 7-9 euros. I recommend, also with children, for whom there is a playground with a sandpit and a huge trampoline. Owner speaks good English.

I loved it! You can sit inside and outside(Outside there are swings). Very nice servants and great quality food. Enough on one plate to eat and feel good. A lot of drinking options and we got the food very quickly after ordering. The atmosphere was also very nice. I was really tired and it was easy to relax. The price is reasonable.

Very nice 3 bedroom house for those who is looking for a peace and quiet place in the middle of nowhere. Rooms and facilities are modern and nice looking. Two out of 3 rooms has small kitchen with dishes and silverware. Bathrooms has hot water shower. Cerību Liedags also has kids playground, fireplace area, dinners area with several barbecue grills, 2 hot tubs (should be paid separately) and sauna...

Best campsite near Mērsrags. It’s a quiet, charming and well maintained place for holidays. Beach is only 100 meters away, down the hill. Great house, great atmosphere and great hostess! The house is equipped with everything you need, we even borrowed an umbrella. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, near the sea!

We stayed one night, liked everything. The kitchen has been thought of so that you can cook (stove, pan, pot, kettle, tools), shower gel and shampoo have been left in the bathroom, the bed is very comfortable and the terrace is equipped with lounge chairs. Definitely recommend to stay in this beautiful place. There is only one house to book so you will be only guests there. 2 huge dogs are extremely friendly. Prepare some meaty snacks for them :) The sea is around 300 meters with no people on the beach. Beatiful pond on teritorry. Free wifi is good. There is everything you might need. Was there for one night, but it is great place to relax. Sea, nature, full summer house. If you have small kids, owners have beds also for them.

Great place to stay. The sea is 800 meters from the house. There are no people on the beach, you can safely leave things and plunge into the sea. Pleasant owners, friendly dog, which showed the way to the sea. In the bath well steamed. Minus: tap water stinks and there is no microwave.

We came to this nice place for a weekend in autumn. Truly enjoyable location next to the sea and forest. Tennis court was a nice addition. Recommended to everyone who wishes to escape busy city life and spend time in a real Latvian country side with maximum comfort. Thank you!

A very nice hostess, there are benches on the territory of the guest house, even a tennis court for an additional fee, you can rent a SUP and a sea kayak, the sea is nearby. Additionally, there is a really well-equipped kitchen where you can cook. The place is closed off-season, but hosts were kind to allow stay for a night. Simple and comfortable rooms. According to pictures on Facebook should be nice in the summer. Probably will return for a coffee or drink on the terrace.

Beautiful place, quit, with fantastic seaside view. Spend a relaxing holiday and stayed in one of the simple and aged rooms - partly with shared bathrooms and showers. A longer stay needs some sense of compromise to be fully enjoyed. Great kitchen with very tasty breakfast (e.g. beans omelette) and diner. Nice getaway spot. Highly recommended if you want to slow down and enjoy life.

A very good place to get out of the city and be quiet. A large area, a nearby river, children will also have something to do. Sports activists also have their own territory. A great place to relax. Amazing place- large portions for reasonable prices, also the taste is on point. The overall setting is extremely pleasant, the waiters are nice. Also bonus points for being pretty much the only place to fill up in the area. Highly recommend their trademark fish and chicken curry!

You can't go wrong with their fish and chips. Service was fast and staff was welcoming. Prices are adequate and portions are big. If you feel sleepy giant spiders in restroom will wake you up for free.

Our family has stayed at this wonderful place many times. It is very quiet here when the sea is not raging, which is only a few meters away. Very hospitable hosts!!! There is everything here for a family holiday. We will be happy to return here!

This is an honest shed accommodation place. No need to wait for luxury. The host is a very DIY guy and there is a wiring problem in the bathroom sink cabinet that would make an electrical engineer feel terrible. Harvia's stove seems to have burned out too. Great place not far from the stony Kaltene beach. Nice and very kind host. Sauna house is very nice to saty with very comfortable bed. Yet mosquito nets would have made the experience even better. Also it is not possible to open the windows.

I have not tried the hotel; this review is only about the restaurant. When we are in the area, this is the place where we go to eat. Portions are quite generous, food is good and tasty, the service is friendly. If something takes a long time to cook, they notify you in advance and suggest alternatives, in case you are in a hurry.

Superb! Fantastic place for celebrating anniversaries and other big parties! Half an hour drive from Jurmala, maybe an hour from Riga. Spent a weekend there with a crowd of something like 20 people including three children: there's a room and place for everyone! Beautiful and very well-kept new facility, a very nice couple takes care of the guests very attentively (communication works with hands and feet and little English and German). It is about 400 meters to the sea and endless white and empty beach. Everything is there to relax well. One bungalow has a sauna, the other houses have an outdoor hot tub (for an extra fee, but it's worth the fun).

I was like a guest at a wedding. The rooms and cottages are great. Everything is clean, outdoor activities are possible.
