A place with one of the most heartful service in a very comfortable location closest point to the border with the Russian Federation. I would recommend to anyone.

Great value for the price, a solid budget option in an area with little accomodation. Coffee is available in the mornings, no food supplied but guests may use the kitchen facilities and late night ships are available in Karsava.

Great place, this is our 4th time here. Very polite, friendly hosts. You can fish in the ponds, swim in the lake. Nearby there is a canteen with budget prices and good food.

small house for 3 people. There is a kettle, stove and refrigerator. tap poison with a strong characteristic odor! Thank you for giving us a 5 liter bottle of drinking water. Breakfast for the extra cost was not at all impressive. For 3 people, they brought us 1 plate of syrniki (about 3 pieces per person) and sour cream on one large plate, as it turned out later, a portion of sour cream was designed...

Large hôtel, price is OK for what you get, I got a pigeon on my porch. But also great view over the city. Great location in the centre. Personal spoke English. Breakfast was good and at the pizza place nearby

The best and only available budget option in town. The only bad thing is the smell from medical centre downstairs and some residents cooking in rooms that spread all around the hotel. Nice staff at the reception.

We liked almost everything. The cafe had a delicious dinner, quite a large selection of dishes.,for dessert, ice cream, ice cream cocktail, can be ordered with any juice. There is also a good choice for breakfast. The staff are all friendly and polite. The hotel is in a convenient location, there is a parking lot, but not very large, the room is clean and comfortable. There is only one big problem...

Mixed feelings. The room was refurbished but some details (sockets, switches, extractor in the bathroom) were left in the same state of 30+ years old. There was no soap in the bathroom, it alone was strange. But more strange was the explanation of the staff that the room was refurbished and there was no soap dispenser yet. That is why is was not possible to have the soap in my room.

Hotel is bit dated, but still in great condition, room was clean and comfortable, excellent location and view through the window.

I loved this place, it felt more cozy than my home. Girls were beautiful at desk! Better than any American Hotel!

Nice hotel if you need to overnight on the way. 24/7 reception, pets are allowed, free parking (that was what I needed). Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast.

As good as you can expect from 3* hotel. To be honest, my expectations was a way lower than service and room that I got. Yes room doesn't have a cooler, TV is small with low quality picture and room design looks a bit outdated, but in exchange you get spacious room, mini fridge, nice king/queen size bed with one-peace mattress, very warm reception and nice breakfasts.
