It's a very simple and basic hotel, price is very low too and service at reception is excellent, 5 easy stars from me, I like simplicity so I'll be back next time, happy customer

Very good place to dine. Tasty, nicely presented food. Our favorite place to eat when we visit Telšiai. The restaurant is on the third floor. Cannot say anything about the hotel itself though, haven't stayed there.

We didnt expect a lot, just stayed for coffee, but changed our mind, decided to eat, we really enjoyed fresh food for very good price, clean place and very nice staff. If you hungry and passing by highly recommended.

Great food, great location, great service. Would recommend. The house specialty steak is amazing as well. The atmosphere somehow feels a bit lacking, but that was only felt by me from my party

Good interior and atmosphere - pork marinated with garlic was tough and cheewy. Peas and meat beer snack was something different to what classical beer snack should taste but we liked it. "Sex on the beach "- perfect.

Food good, but nobody speaks english or russian unfortunately (all service is done in lithuanian)

Good service, good location and price 👍

Very nice, clean and newly renovated rooms. Went in the summer and it was very warm. We had room 1 whose window does not allow much in the way of air circulation. I would recommend either room 2 Or 3 if possible, otherwise, ask if they have a fan. Sleeping with the windows open was not great since there is some traffic eve at night. The views of the lake were great

Everything around and inside too House is really nice and big, that's really suitable for family My daughter was busy all day she is nearly 6 yrs old. You can fishing or just walking around the area. BBQ ✌️✌️✌️

We stayed in a four-person house. All very well. Weight is the most important 😊 the only minus is the bed in the room is very hard.

Very nice homestead, resting in the cottages, it is very quiet, beautiful, everything in the cottages is what you need, a few meters after leaving the cottage there is a nice pond for swimming. The hosts are also very nice, really want to return to this place

This is the most perfect place to stay with kids and have quiet time with nature around you. we are coming with family now every summer. nature around you is stunning. you feel like you are in teh middle of the big forest when the beach is only few hundred meters away.

It's one of the best getaways from City Life I've experienced, the housing is cozy, clean theres a basketball/tennis court which can be accessed for free for the residents

Very nice place and will recomend to visit!!!

In the morning there play birds "n" frogs DJs and sun is swimming on the water "n" peace is in the air

Nice place for weekend in a beautiful nature. The only minus is a lack of space around the houses for activities

The place is nice and you can really see the investment made to build it. However, the quality of service is still far from what is expected from the luxury type of resorts that they pretend to be. First, although a smile is a rare facial expression of the locals, but you have to at least fake it, as in the US. Second, do not lie to your customers. When we called they told that the restaurant was full...

The place and surroundings were great. Hosts very helpful. I liked the privacy we had. It was nice to have some swim and fun in the water with provided inventory.

I love the nature around us. It's amazing place with family or friends to stay. Recommended!

Everything is great, our whole large family and relatives really liked it. A beautiful corner of nature to relax and celebrate holidays, thank you very much for the rental!

Very nice place, nice host, super environment. There is a water bike. For an extra price hot tub and sauna.

Very good place to stay or rest. Maybe the installation is a bit outdated, but for that price everything is really good. There is pond for fishing and real peace. The host is nice and helpful. Super place to get out of town. One problem for people may be that there is no internet. We had our own, so we didn’t experience any inconvenience. There is a place to bake barbecues with tools and firewood.

The sauna house is spacious, enough space for 10 adults, beautiful surroundings, the hot tub is super entertainment for both children and adults.

We wish we had more time to spend in this chalet and in Zamaitija national park! The chalet is well equipped and invites you to just chill by the pond and enjoy the nature. This is not a place for remote work (also because of the weak WiFi). The owners are very discreet.We really enjoyed. Plateliai lake is just 3 minutes away and has crystal clear water, moreover there are plenty of walking trails...

For 3 beds room - 40€. Excellent price for the location. There're 3 guest houses/motels/hotels in 300m radius. This one is the farthest one from the lake. There's a plus to that, you don't get to hear loud music. With a room you get a private toilet, shower. There's shared kitchen.

Place was better than expected! We didn't expect much for the price we've paid and also you could tell from the pictures and other reviews that it's an old building that probably was some sort of campsite for children or for company organised trips back in a day. We had our own toilet and shower, however, a fan in a shower was extremely loud. This place needs a bit of improvement, but overall we had...

The price and quality ratio would be adequate IF staff would be more concerned about room cleanliness (dust on the floors and cobwebs on the walls). There is no private shower cabin althought site says there is one. I think it is possible to find better options to stay near the lake for this price range.

Comfortable place for living for low budget. There is everything you need. Everything is clean and nice. There is sauna and small pool (paid separately), you can rent bikes and boats. And this place is only about 300 meters from lake Plateliai.

Perfect location, marvelous place, nice and clean. The host is a very nice man, told us about the local cycling route and places of interest, where to buy food or dine out, we were helped with barbecue equipment. You can rent bycicles as well there.

Owner took us in with a last-minute reservation. Everything was super cosy and the place was really well equipped.

Great place, not far from the lake. Clean and tidy, fair prices. Supermarket 12 minutes drive. Excellent air.

Nice ride with boat to small island. Recomend that.

A fun time in nature, the beds are comfortable, there is weight everywhere, it's nice that children were thought of a lot, there was a cot in the room, there is a lot of entertainment for children outside. Nothing was really missing, we will definitely come again❤️

Amazing homestead, great hosts. Neat territory. We lived in a big house, nothing was missing. There are boats, a catamaran, a trampoline, a large gazebo with a view of the lake. You can walk to the lookout tower along a good path. I wouldn't spare 10 stars :)

Price/performance is rather bad, however, I guess that's a thing around the lake. The view is great.

Stunning view of a Berzoras lake and forest from our room terrace, very laidback atmosphere, friendly host. We enjoyed simplicity and friendliness of Samogitian countryside.

The pillows are very flat. The windows without grids, the huge wasps that we kept trying to drive away, kept flying at night, the stress for both the children and us. Plus the pool, the kids enjoyed it. You have to walk to the lake, so you have to climb a hill many times :). Anyway, the hosts were nice, they gave what was missing in the room, but we found many places where we still need to add a hand

There was a slight lack of information about the rules, we lay on the beach in the territory of another tenant, it drove us very rudely, spoiled the mood, we did not know that breakfast was available, no information and the refrigerator room was too small for 11 people.

Quiet location in a relaxing forest, great restaurant.

It is anice and good small hotel. I spent 5 nigth for a businnes trip. It is located in a green area with a forest. The problem has been the service, after 4 notti nobody clean and set up the room . After that upon my specific request it has been cleaned.

I visited the place on business and spent three nights there. The room standard and the restaurant are ok. However, the breakfast serving mode needs improvements, if not changes. The breakfast is served according to the pre-agreed menu and served by a waitress. The worldwide practice is the self-service to the food displayed. And it is much better. The choice is wider and service time much shorter...

Restaurant: Very good fish dishes. Tried pike-perch and salmon. Fresh and good seasoned. Hotel: The rooms are quite, although the hotel is beside the street. The coffee is strong. The breadfast is fresh made. Additional to the breakfast meal you receive yoghurt with fresh fruits and juice.

Very friendly & Clean good food & spa for special times

First, you need an electronic pass. If there is no pass, there is nowhere to stand. Drive out. And there is nowhere to stand! The town is small. And if the refrigerator is working!?!?! Leave the city and to the left the car service, there you can BECOME ORDER a pass in advance. Let go-on the territory has its own parking. The pass was ordered, on the scales, then some kind of disinfection. They poured...

I was amazed by this little hotel. Clean and very nice. Good atmosphere. Cozy rooms. TV and WiFi. Would definately come back again.

We are on tour with our bikes across the baltic countries. This Hotel ist totally fine for a night and with a locked room for our bikes. Very important: it was clean and the rooms have nice wallpapers. The town is not really a tourist spot but there is a nice beach on the river for a nice break.

We had a good time here. I'd recommend

We stay at this place 2 nights in bungalow house. Perfect place to take a rest with friends or family. Breakfasts were included in price and yhe owners wife prepared every morning - vegetabled, omlet and small pancakes - everything tasty, enaught. You can use the SUP boards for free un the litlle lake nearby. Nice theritory with sauna, hot tube, volleyball grounds... Everything in good condition. Not...

This place is a good place to visit. Hosts were very friendly and hospitable. The area was lovely, with a play area for children. The breakfast was large and tasty. If you're a vegetarian tell them in advance. My only grumble was the bedroom. It was a little basic, which I don't mind, but the mattress was non existent on the double bed. If the mattress was replaced I'd come back.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, clean and spacious room. Recommended.

Great place to stay :) Good breakfast. Nice garden. Good with dog also. Sad we hadn't enough time to test kayaking and other activities
