I could only call it magical. It’s a relatively small hotel in what feels to be a middle of the forest. It’s not particularly new, the rooms are beginning to feel a little dated and I personally hate carpets in hotels 🙃 but.. once you’re in - you stop noticing that. What an absolute gem! Thus place is a heaven. Smells nice, rooms are nice, treatments are fabulous, the best therapists. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional - cleaners, receptionists, waiters, therapists. And location is excellent too. Can't wait to be back!

Quite nice place for a reasonable price, beautiful view through the window, comfortable beds, fast wifi,good quality tv, nice big bathrooms, i just missed a small refrigerator in the room. Hotel is enormous, a bit dark I really missed some lights over there. Very nice restaurant, we loved the food and the atmosphere, really recommend to visit it. Visited Gradiali restaurant with family : the atmosphere inside and outside is cosy, but the music was very disturbing - something you would hear at a cheap local bar, definitely not a classy restaurant. Tables were not cleaned before we sat down. Ordered snacks and main courses - everything was brought all together after a long waiting time - we did not understand why the snacks were not brought...

Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast good, although bread and croisants were not too fresh. Vaccinaction passes were not asked for although should be mandatory. Overall, not perfect, but very much worth the money.

I liked the place a lot. Basketbal court, football court also two children playgrounds. The breakfast was really nice also the room was tidy and neat. The only drawback is the swimming place. It shall be cleaned from grass. Totally recommend fir staying.

I have not been to a more beautiful homestead. The cottages are luxurious, there are no neighbors around - a single farm, around many attractions

We were at the homestead last weekend and were very pleased. When we found bad feedback about the homestead heating and the hot tub, we were afraid that the homestead would not live up to expectations, but everything worked fine, the homestead was warm and cozy. We used both the sauna and hot tub and everything was great. Homestead Landscape - Redeem Everything! I recommend.

Wonderful place, great hosts. All the details have been thought of. The views from the mountain are stunning, you don’t even want to move out of the homestead.

Aitvaras exceeded our expectations! Very friendly and hospitable hosts. The house is very spacious, comfortable, cosy, nicely decorated. Great view over Kalita hill. Lovely playground for kids. Nice extras like wood for barbecue and for night fire on the hill. We loved our stay at Aitvaras!

A perfect place to stay for couple days while visiting Anykščiai. It is close to center, but feels like out of town. Lots of birds and nature feeling. There is everything You could need inside the house. Also a grill outsode. Wifi and spacy parking. Children/human/dog firendly.

marvellous wooden guest houses, silent, outside the city on top of a hill. Very good accomodation for group stay at reasonable price! Friendly landlord. Was here with a group of birders - will surely come again.

We celebrated a bachelorette party, we were very happy with the environment, the terrace is super and has a lot of space, everything is thought out, clean and organized environment, clean sheets, comfortable mattresses. A small minus is that there is no speaker for music. The hosts are very nice, they did not interfere with the celebration after serving. And also, a very nice puppy :D We recommend
