Cheap, clean, average breakfast.
The hotel is more of two stars. Rooms are tiny, a bit old fashioned. Power sockets are lacking. Bathroom is extremely tiny. The hotel is clean though and although it is a bit distant from the town centre it is suitable for a very short stay. The management of the hotel was quite flexible and breakfast was good, therefore, I put additional star in my review.
Seems like the guests are using this hotel as a one-night motel... The walls are pretty thin. Breakfast was ok, though

Good hotel. Kind and lovely hostess.
To spend the night in Utena, the most adequate place in terms of money and rooms. Each room has its own toilet and shower.
A large dog walks around the hotel, which, in principle, lives there, is also a frequent guest in the kitchen, which is not very hygienic. This circumstance is a little annoying. Everything else is fine if you stop for a couple of days
The price matches the quality. Double rooms with toilet and shower. The kitchen is shared, so are the refrigerators. There is a wifi. Parking. In the kitchen of the electric stove, if you cook something seriously, take your ⛽.
It looks like an old Soviet boarding house. The tiles on the porch are broken. There is wi-fi, but nowhere to eat. There is a kitchen. But I don’t want to talk there. The hotel builders live. At the moment. The price for the room is the same for one, for two or three. But the alternative is hard to find.

Beautiful location and setting, the staff is extremely friendly. Tidy rooms. We stayed there for the Samsonas Motorsport Rally Utena in 2015 along with several other teams.
Perfect location to taste the real hospitality of Lituania. Beautiful staff, amazing food, perfect location (lake, spa area, beach, grill) And fantastic local beer.

Reasonably priced hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff! Stayed here for three days when conducting business in town the first time I was here, stayed here once more a week at another occasion, and will come back for further stays once I'm back again. Really recommended!

The place is very nice, but intended more for families or quiet friends. Not very suitable for a company of friends who like to have an evening out. Since there are still farmsteads nearby, there is a quiet time from 7 p.m., when you can't listen to the music louder. The owners did not mention that you will have to pay extra for the tents (10 EUR per tent), when no one ever asks. Although they promised...
The environment is organized and beautiful, which is really very charming. It is nice and pleasant to be surrounded by nature. Real rest. But what was unpleasantly surprising was that upon arrival it was necessary to prepare more than 100e, because the owner charges for everything, even the construction of each tent had to be paid, which is not even written in the contract and no one even warned about...
I really liked the homestead, the wonderful nature, the cleanliness of the house, the friendly, sincere hosts. The lake is very clear, suitable for swimming by children, because the shore is shallow. I have no doubt that we will return to this homestead.
Great spot, not so far from civilization. Hot tub on the like shore is a hit. Highly recommended.
The homestead is well-groomed, full privacy is guaranteed. Perfect for 4-6 people to be comfortable with. Note for Seekers - Shingles floated on the terrace are dangerous, especially when hanging on the entrance door.

Wonderful quiet beautiful place. Friendly hosts. Cozy and comfortable cabins, there are fireplaces everywhere for a cozy warm stay at the fire.

What a nice and quiet place in paradise to get some rest at a wonderful lake. The whole family of the owners / the staff is extremely nice. The daughter of the owners speaks English a little bit. The owner heated the sauna just for us (sauna is 60€ extra). Wonderful place!

We were there for 4 nights. The landlord is very nice and kept asking us if everything was okay. At the small lake in front of the front door you can swim and fish. The best fishing here is for floating bread. The house is fully furnished. You get wood for heating or grilling from the landlord and you can take it away. Martynas and his family are very good hosts. House is very cozy (coziest house I ever been to). Great choice for those who want enjoy nature keeping all conveniences of civilization close at the same time. We had stable internet connection. TV has wide channel selection: english, lithuanian, latvian, russian and some others. Anyway, recommend to keep yourself offline for better recreation experience...
Very cozy and pitoresque place. We rented a house with a fireplace for 4 people and were more than happy! For 20euro extra the host let us use the sauna, and even cut a hole in the ice for us to jump in the pond. Host was more than helpful, was available before and during stay. Would definitely recommend and not hesitate to stay again.

This place is near to perfection. I think this is the best ever place I have ever been. Everything perfect in every details from the structure to the hot tub to the suana to the rooms to the games for family indoor and outdoor. I am still impressed and all the family loved the place.
The sodyba was really great! It was super clean, with nice and inviting smells around the house. Very well equipped and such a nice sauna and kubilas. The hosts were so friendly, we definitely recommend this place! Thank you / Ačiū!
There are no words for how beautiful it is, a very large space. With small children, plenty of activities. Everything was thought of, nothing was missing. Very clean, modern and excellent place for events and etc. The place owners are great people, that will go extra mile for your event if necesery.
The place is in good location. Only 7 min. drive from Utena town. Taxi cost about €5 from town. All rooms is very clean. The bathrooms very high standart and have all equipment what you need. There is coffee machine in the kitchen and all things what you need if you like cooking. The kitchen is spotless and even ice machine is there if you want to make your own cocktail!
