Come and stay here if you're wondering about how it would be to stay at a Soviet era hotel... On serious note, stay somewhere else: Idile seems like the nicest hotel in Visaginas.

We had booked holiday apartments for February 14, but somehow they went to others. We were given a deluxe room, and we had to pay like for an apartment. The doors in those "APARTMENTS" are from the time of Czar Rurik, the bathroom was probably repaired by Dzumshut and Rafšchan. Breakfast is tasty and filling. However, we had to drive to the other end of town for dinner, because the local restaurant-bar was open at 8 p.m. no longer fed. Everything else is half the devil. The price does not correspond to such a deluxe room for 73 EUR. for the night.
