Great location in old town, historical building Experience very dependant on the room you choose/are assigned Super cozy little spa, very nice Restaurant pricy and super strict on the hours In general, the typical advantages and disadvantages of a boutique hotel in an historical building In terms of service and goodies, it's a four star at best

The breakfast was not as good as the rest of the hotel or the service there either . It was very poor and staff not interested or engaged in customer service .

The Narutis hotel in Vilnius was wonderful. The staff were very very friendly, we had a great room, a delicious breakfast and very much enjoyed the spa as well. We would recommend this place and stay here again next time when we're back in Vilnius!

Great location, parking. Quite tasty in the restaurant. SPA is nothing special, and the hotel itself looks tired.

Next time we will choose to stay here again. The restaurant on the first floor highly recommended also. Breakfast was very nice, the food was fresh and service friendly and attentive.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast & bar service was brilliant. Reception was friendly & helpful. Only negative, the room was not cleaned & made up until early evening.
