Hmm, it’s been a while I rechecked in to Fata. This hotel is located at the heart of city centre and conveniently accessed to museum, riverfront, shopping centre.
When I go into the room, am amazed by the newly refurbished. It had most of the amenities that I hadn’t expected. Super clean and can see the Sarawak signature DUN just from my window. Superb view 👍👍👍 definitely worth coming back

Quite good place to stay at night if you dont care about luxury or looks. The place are near to the heart of kuching and should be not too far when you decide to go around by foot. If the management read this review, i want to tell you about the stairs. For good and young people it will not a problem but for elders or people with some complicated health issue, it will a problem because your stair has very steep and small footbase. Hope you can change that. Overall i say this hotel good for people that only want sleep at night and out on the day

Very poor service. The room is dirty and dusty. Really need to upgrade. We told the person in-charge to repair the heater, since our day 2 staying here, until now already 2 weeks. Still no action was taken. Poor service ever.

NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE THE CLEANING LADY IS BEING DISRESPECTFUL. AS WELL AS THE COUNTER STAFF. The chinese lady staring at us with a STERN look while we were sitting at the lobby. Very unfriendly environment. For those who intended to stay here, CHANGE your mind, its not worth it. Wasting money for this kind of service/behaviour.

Dirty sheets. No toiletries given. No slippers. Very poor hotel maintenance. Know this is a budget hotel but at least repair the decayed floorboard. Been to a much better budget hotel & way more cheap than this. The only advantages are the strategic location & the 7E

Room was clean but the table mirror was dirty and need to tidy it up .. however, I enjoyed my stay here.. the room was big and It satisfied me

Already upgraded. Parking space limited but it's a nice place to stay for a day or two.

Good price, clean & spacious for an hotel in town. Since it is old there re no elevator but overall have a good stay
