The lobby lift was under renovation during our stay which made things a bit inconvenient as I was with my wheelchair-bound mom. We had to change lifts from the lobby to Level 2 using the service lift then take the guest lift up to Level 12. For my experience, this hotel provide only 2 towels eventhough i book for 3 person, and clogged toilet bowl, and staff services for me is poor..i order food and already gives tip to the rider to send direct infront my room..but hotel staff not allowed them. Then after i collect my self the package, nobody staff assist me. So rude and arrogant! For me thats my bad experience.

You can see the mould on the walls of your room, bedsheets have stains on them too. However staff were helpful and friendly.

Lobby is too crowded, small and no waiting sofa or desk. Propose to have a waiting area, with desk then the guest can read the newspaper while awaiting for friends to pick up or awaiting grab driver. The nearby restaurant is too far, we have to go to mall for dining during rainy days.

It’s was a long time since the last time I stay here. So automatically check in and booking for 3 night room 8405. Then on top on the 12/12 extra room . Deluxe king room 8415. First day check in was disappointed as the bidet to wash the buttock is not functioning. We did not ask to change room or maintainance. Only card in active.  My guess is after this stay we will not recommend anyone to stay here...

The hotel provides great basic amenities for me to have a comfortable stay. The location is great, only 2-min walk to the cat statue and then can continue walking along the waterfront. I stayed here for a business trip. It was a perfectly adequate hotel, offering reasonable value for money – neither outstanding nor disappointing. However, please be aware that the surrounding area has many karaoke bars, so it can get quite noisy until the early hours of the morning.

Superb location. Comfortable and well equiped room. There is a shop selling very nice char siew bao across the road. Good to pack for lunch at national parks.
