To be honest, I am very shocked to find out this hotel is currently under upgrading. You heard noice of drilling during day time. The family room that I was staying is abit dated. The dust on the bathroom counter top is missed. The small fridge is barely functioning ( not cool). Add to that, the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary parking for driving guests. Their basement carparks is closed for...

Although the hotel was undergoing construction and upgrading they have allocated/ relocated things such that it did not affect my stay. Slight noise pollution during daytime but did not affect my rest at night. Overall very satisfied.

Premise is under renovation at main door entrance. There is some glue or adhesive smell when walk in to the lift. Room is spacious and check in and check out process is smooth and fast. Down side is the buffet breakfast provided has limited choice. Location wise is near to some mall or tourist attractions.

Stayed here for a business trip. The air-conditioning was very powerful, which made the room comfortable throughout the stay. Overall is good.

Overall, it was a great stay 👍🏻the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, the room was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. I also loved the beautiful view. However, I noticed a false eyelash on the blanket on my last day, which made me unsure whether the sheets or blanket had been changed before my stay 😬especially since I don’t use false eyelashes. Cleanliness could be improved slightly...

Well maintained, Food for Breakfast should have more variety. Have some 'Kek Lapis' Layer Cakes..my 2nd time..its just needs some improvement on Breakfast meal...i attached Layer cake

A go-to hotel whenever I visit relatives here in Kuching. Good breakfast, clean room and Executive room has lovely view. Boulevard Chinese restaurant has great food and is accessible via hotel lobby link.

The room facing the Sarawak River, spacious, aircond functioned well, the toilet was okay. The hotel is situated at a strategic area which next to a shopping complex, walking distance to many eatery places like the Topspot. The breakfast buffet has good spread i.e nasi lemak, mi kolok laksa Sarawak etc. Overall, it was a pleasant stay 😊

So far semua best..sarapan sedap. Mi kolok sedap. Cuma kolam je perlu lebih bersih. Bilik semua ok. Staff friendly 👍🏻. Sentiasa senyum n ramah. Inshaallah nanti repeat lagi.

Nice stay and it is nearer to tugu kuching, topspot, samfah ice cream and many more foods. I am a foodie so totally recommend it to those who are looking for traditional cuisines

Stayed for 3 nights and overall the hotel was in great location, a stone away from the waterfront and we strolled around every night and enjoyed our time out with nice views and scenic views of waterfront.

My second time staying here. This is my favourite hotel in Kuching. Plenty of nearby place for breakfast. Near 7-eleven. Near Waterfront.

The rooms have this smell which i am not comfortable with, it was clean. However, location is strategic, easy commute to The Waterfront, all the streets are nearby.

Hotel room is clean & nice. Hotel just provided bath towels only. Must also provide hand towels.

Downside: no chair provided at dressing table which was inconvenient if you are business traveller. I have a problem with door access and they need to call technician to sort it out. upside: large and cosy room.

The best room view of the waterfront and perfect location for our short and sweet makan2 trip. Everything is nearby. Hotel staffs were kind and very helpful especially when we have problem with our air conditioning. They offered a room changed but we were too lazy to pack plus it was just a single night stay so they tried another solution and borrowed us a fan at the same time 🤗

The location is fabulous. The breakfast also has a variety of selection. But often need to call room service to change my bath towel, which I think it could be improve.

A very clean hotel with great customer service at a very central location ... ~ 5-10 minutes walk to the Sarawak Museum, near to carpenter streets and also the river. Have a beautiful view looking over the Sarawak River and Astana / parliamentary house. It has a shopping mall connected it via level LG, G and level 4 where the cafe is located. Will definitely consider staying with Waterfront Hotel again...

This is probably my 5th or 6th time staying at The Waterfront Hoteland for good reason! It remains my favourite hotel in the city. The view from the room is simply magnificent, whether day or night, and always takes my breath away. I absolutely love the pool area it’s such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially with the scenic backdrop. Another major plus is the hotel’s direct connection to the mall...

Location. Is great as it near to where I was going next day. The amenities are basic - have to prepare own water bottles and toothbrush /toothpaste

Location is out of the city centre but convenient enough as it is along the main trunk road into town, although the road can be quite jammed at peak hours.. Accomodation is spacious and comfortable enough but unfortunately the furniture and fixtures are not in best condition (doors cant close properly etc).

Good stay, free upgraded to 1 bedroom with iving room and kitchen, opposite of The spring Mall, easy to get Grab to anywhere. Few restaurant within walking distance as well.

This is a dated hotel. Throughout the whole hotel, from the lobby to the bedrooms, there is a stale smell of oldness. The staff are trying their best to help but their appears a lack of enthusiasm and passion. There is an outdoor pool but no indoor one, and this ia unmanned and quiet small for the hotel size. The doorman is friendly. Menus are repetitive after a few days. This would be a great hotel...

Very dated hotel. Not so good location in terms of what is around the hotel. They should clean up the fungus growing on the walls along the walkway to the rooms. Big twin Double beds. The parking is on public parking lots but if you buy a booklet of parking tickets from them, they will put a coupon every half hour for you.

First Day- Try to adjust the aircon temperature and it suddenly turn off. Almost request for bedroom change but it turns back on after 10mins. Its an interconnected bedroom, not soundproof and less privacy. We heard person next door snoring. 2nd- TV wasn’t functioning, all black screen. The water kettle wire was loose and we have to fix it.

Quite an old hotel, but well kept with good cleanliness, and great service from helpful staffs.

hotel facility very much lacking (ie. old iron, old hair dryer, old kettle), bathroom lack of maintenance, the wood is rotten, the bricks are mossy 🙁, the only plus point is the room is spacious, that’s all.

Use to stay at this hotel but they have renovated to include smaller room with no window. They have my detail and credit card but requesting deposit 100 for check in.

Hotel was okay but the room quite small and the bathroom is verry small (very limited movement during shower Hahaha). I think the hotel is old/rundown already and need some renovation. they should do better with the price given. Cause i hv been to few hotels in kuching with same price but better amenities. This is my second time in Kuching and my always go to hotel. Walking distance to Kuching Waterfront, IG Ice cream, DUN, Jambatan Darul Hana, India mosque and Kg Boyan. EVEN VERY CLOSE TO CAT MONUMEN. Room was spacious, got fan and air-condition, clean, great water pressure and a bit mold since the first visit. Remember to buy parking coupons ya hahahah overall I always enjoy visiting kuching.

The room is quite clean and no smell. I love to stay at here and definitely to stay here again. Just one thing need to improve ialah sila check saluran lubang air di bilik mandi. Apabila mandi air bertakung dan mengambil masa yang lama untuk surut/keluar. Over all statified to stay here.

I found the room to be clean and the facilities are good. Everything worked and the location was good for me.

The location was not too bad, there is a shopping mall about 5 mins walk from the hotel. But the shopping mall does not have much food to eat though, a small food court, a few small stores that sell chinese food, fast food. But there are 4 spectacles shop, watsons and super market in case you need any daily stuff. If you willing to walk about 10 mins along the main road, you will reach the 101 night...

It is awesome inside facilities but outside pls repaint it. Too ugly and look old. Outside not pretty but inside super pretty.

Is only 7 floors hotel, overall stay is quite satisfied just that opposite the hotel is a live band pub. If you are light sleeper, maybe might not choose the corner room.

Stayed in this hotel throughout my Sarawak trip. Service was great, the receptionists were helpful and polite. They allowed us to check in earlier since the room is ald vacant. Cleanliness can be improved. Noticed stain on blanket as soon as we checked in. Hotel staff came and change the sheets after informing. Room was not very spacious but sufficient for both of us. Location was ok, not too near...

This hotel is VERY CLEAN, but idk why they put me in single room while my booking are for double bed for 2 adults. And i just check my booking details that i alrd make payment for the taxes. But they ask me to paid MORE taxes at the hotel 10rm 😣

Well maintained, value for money, quite a few coffee shops (drinks & food) including one at ground floor that opened around 6am and helpful reception staff.

Still giving 5 stars even 1. first 2 days the lift was under maintenance ( mom and dad 62yo stayed there for 6 days on 4th floor, managed to move to 2nd floor , smaller room than first booked but cant refund 2. Electric shut down for 1 day. 3. Avoid long stay Best coz walking distance food places, mall , cats monumen and Waterfront

I came to attended the corporate event at the ballroom. The space can fits for 50 tables and the buffet will be at the outside of the ballroom. Good management and good services. Clean environment. Nice music sounds system.

It is a low cost hotel therefore maybe cannot expect too good amenities but at least available.

Many food stalls at the same street with the hotel. 2 bootles of mineral waters. There is a hair dryer. Bedsheets are clean. 2 plastic cups provided in washroom for brushing teeth.

Location is strategic. Lots of restaurant & cafe nearby. The room is very clean, hope the staff can maintain the cleanliness.
