Checked in late, the receptionist offer lower price than normal.
Has comfy bed and clean bathroom (despite sharing) and working facilities.
I would give it a 4 since I haven't spend a full night here. Probably I would visit here again and do an updated review (I didn't manage to get more of interior photos as I was rushing this morning)
If you are looking for cheaper price hotel/motel, you can spend a little time looking around. But if you don't mind, I l'd recommend this hotel for the good service!
Some of the receptionist also polite and dedicated so yeah.

If you want a hotel/motel just for rest and sleep, this is the right place. Cheap and affordable. No breakfast. Water heater provided. There is shower gel provided in the toliet. Mineral/drinking water you can buy at the reception.
You can easily find a grab driver to go to anywhere you like around Perlis.

The room condition are good but the tv channel are liltle bit dissapointed and refer to the price, the hotel should provide some basic amenities such as shampoo, soap and maybe a tootbrushes.

Stupid illiterate front desk staffs they have in the hotel. I stayed here for 4 nights. The last of my stay i wanted to check out late (i.e 2.30) so i asked the staff a day earlier abt the late check out. Staff said ok. But whn i check out late they deducted my deposit n talking rude.. Is this the service they give for a long stayed customer...

Bit pricey for a single room. The aircond is so loud and disturb my sleep. The bathroom light somehow connected to the main light switch so u cant turn on the bathroom light without turning on the main light. So annoyed
