ROOM VERY SPACIOUS, VERY GOOD LOCATION JUST 50METERS TO XHOPPING COMPLEX AND THE BREAKFAST IS NICE.

This hotel is rated 4 stars hotel. But there is no covered car park, all vehicles are parked at the opened field in front of the hotel, another problem is the smell of the sewerage is very strong!!

My first time staying here in Pahang as previously I stayed at Cathayana Hotel a few years ago. I am impressed with its interior design (both at the lobby and my room). The staff at customer service are friendly and helpful. My room is at level 3; spacious and neat. TV has many channels, strong WiFi and complimentary tea and coffee are available in the room. In the bathroom, complimentary shampoo and shower cream as well as toothpaste. Breakfast at lower ground comes with various variety of food to satisfy my gastronomic galore.
Not many hotels come with jacuzzi and own parking spaces in Pahang, so I really love these points of this hotel.

Late half hour breakfast and even no refund for it. Honestly quality of room not good and now their service attitude bad enough and keep trying ignore and waste time, better don't try to stay here

We have always stayed in grand darul makmur (previously known as MS Garden) hotel every year on our holiday but this year we have a very bad holiday for staying with grand darul makmur.
As we enter the room it smells awful and the toilet wasn't cleaned along with the shower room. Uncomfortable bed to sleep, dusty table and there must be bed bugs because we been eaten alive. Most of all staff don't have the listening skills, we booked for 3 day stay, we were given 1 day day stay..... the mist can go on. We will not return to grand darul makmur again for our next year trip after the experience we have gone through on this trip.

The family room is reasonably priced & spacious (advertised for 3 occupants but should accommodate 4 comfortably).

The room was super big! Bigger than my apartment! Bed and pillows were just right. TV was a bit small but ok quality. Bathroom was nicely decorated with bathtub. However, the latter had the tap leaking and the drain closure system spoiled. Amenities were adequate. Pool was big and looks nice. Breakfast was good. Small spread but good tasting. Surroundings were not that good but out of their control anyways. Definitely gonna stay here again.
