Good location, Stay at the highest Floor with the best Kuantan View

The hotel is well-maintained. Spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a smooth check-in. This is my 4th time staying here. Very close with mall. Very recommended.

Breakfast had a great selection of desserts, but we found the main dishes quite limited. Adding more hot and savory options would make it much more balanced and enjoyable.

The location is strategic, but overall I can only give 3 out of 5 stars because the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. The room, especially the bedsheets, was dusty. Additionally, the valet parking service was disappointing as there was no jockey available to assist with parking.

I like the calmness that it's offers + it's private beach. It has mini water theme park. It's located about 20mins from city. I think it is good if the hotel can scrub it's wall to remove old stains.

been here with my family twice. compare to 2-3 years ago, got some improvement such as no more bathtub, garden area is walkable, safety in pool area. Recommended for family with kids because of the pool.

The room environment is satisfactory but there is dust that has not been swept on the floor, the room condition is quite old. Comfortable pool for children & adults. Close to the beach, easy to reach.

The room is clean, air conditioning works well and keeps the room comfortably cold, and the toilet is clean too. Lighting in the room is a bit dim, which may not suit everyone. The main door has to be fixed, even the toilet door was almost decaying. There was no toothpaste or even plastic bags. The cleanliness of the blanket can be better and I think the smell of the room was almost kind of unpleasant so put some fragrance. Overall, I had a normal experience because it was a last minute booking so I do not expect much. Regardless, I hope the service can improve in near future

The room feels musty, and the pillows are kinda hard. The foods are good, though.

The hotel is located beside the Kuantan River. Strategic location. The room was rather old, you can look at its furniture. The plug is unable to use as near the table which is impossible to plug in! Wifi is weak and slow. Breakfast was decent.

The location is good enough for families group as for us whos travel with 70 y/o and 65 y/o parents distance to state mosque and other restaurants is reached by few walks only.

Just checked out. Strategic location,opposite to KCM & can walk to ECM. Room is clean & mine is standard room but its cozy, have hair dryer, iron etc ( at least i dont need to request.). Its worthy for a cheap price & short stay.

Everything was great, water is strong just shampoo can add more for customers who staying for more than 1 night and the blanket need to clean properly when putting in to the new bed, in the midnight i felt abit itchy of that blanket. Still recommended to visit this hotel.

Superb location. A walking distance to the beach. Came here on a weekday during school holidays, however the beach was not crowded at all. A lot of road-side restaurants along the main road leading to the resort. The room was not luxurious, but comfortable. Overall this place is well-maintained and the owners are friendly.

The room and the bathroom was clean. And the price is worth it since it is a budget hotel. Just that there's no lift only staircase so not suitable for elderly ppl. Also the smoke smell at the lobby is quite strong and sometimes the smell sticks on your clothes. Overall, it was a decent hotel.

The hotel must've seen a more glorious past. Service wise, the hotel staffs are responsive. Facilities wise, it is still adequate. Beyond sleep and bath, I doubt there is much else to do in the premise. Safe neighbourhood.
