This is a very upmarket hotel set in beautiful grounds and the whole establishment has been given much attention to detail. The result is the perfect venue for a holiday or a business meeting. However, there were a couple of issues on the last day of the three that had been booked. On our return from a day out we found our room key was disabled and the room itself incompletely serviced. The location is great. Just a short stroll into Ootmarsum, although you have to cross a busier street twice to get to a foot path alongside the Stadsweide parkinglot. Just spent 3 days here for a conference. Its lovely! A bit dated indeed but that makes it even more cute. Food was fine, shower good, beds too. 90% of the staff were really kind. The area is stunning

Hotel for peace seekers. You won't find families with children here. Located on the outskirts of Ootmarsum. Rooms are fully equipped with all amenities: fan, mosquito nets on the windows, hairdryer, good reading lamps, two good pillows per bed, a comfortable bed, a swimming pool with nice warm water, a sauna, a wide selection of newspapers available daily, good bicycles included in the inventory...

Great location for walking tour of this very cute village.

Nice hotel in the lovely town of Ootmarsum. Great location if you want cycle or walk in the area.

Location is exceptional. Although the hotel building itself is nothing to write home about, it's bang in the centre of a stunningly beautiful little town. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent.

Personalized service, Tineke is just fabulous, she makes you feel right at home. We were well taken care of!The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, a nice breakfast that was included in the price. We wanted to sit at the window for breakfast but my sister noticed the table was not set, we decided to look for another place to sit and out came Tineke with everything to set the table for us...

We have experienced our weekend stay as very pleasant, excellent breakfast and dinner. The bed pillow a bit on the thick side.

Cosiness and service are of paramount importance. Had a great time with our "oldies".

A stately building with a part of the historie tastefully integrated in the Interiors! Beautifully decorated in favor of X-Mas! A good time to spend time here around X-mas! All the interiors are tasteful, clean and tidy! The service is excellent and pleasant! Excellent food ! I certainly come back to explore the rich, cultural slightly hilly region, one of the finest in The Netherlands!!!

The reception felt very easy going. Not forced, very friendly and very genuine. Music could be heard from the bar and the atmosphere was very cozy. Room was nice and clean, nothing to complain about. The location is fantastic! If you like old-timey Dutch/Germanic medieval architecture then this hotel is just 15 minutes walk away from the city centre. The hotel is old, however and it shows in every little thing. That means: Noisy rooms, odd layouts and stinky hallways. Thankfully, they serve locally brewed beer here which makes up for it. Sie sprechen auch allen Deutsch hier!

Great location, atmosphere and building. Beautiful viewpoints around hotel and on walking distance of pitoresk village center. Rooms a bit outdated, but everything functions and is clean.

The room was quite basic and old fashioned but we didn't expect any more for the cheap price. There was nothing wrong with the room and it seemed clean. Breakfast buffet had all the (in the Netherlands) standard ingredients, enough variety (only thing I missed was peanut butter and maybe bananas). The staff was very friendly.

It was a great stay! Very nice location, great service and clean room. I recommend it and i would stay there a next time. I loved it.
