The houses that can be rented at Waterresort Bodelaeke Giethoorn are very modern and luxurious for a holiday stay. What is particularly striking is that there is a jetty in front of each house where you can moor a boat. To us this hotel feels like something between a hotel and a hostel. It doesn't look very welcoming, it has very basic rooms and the buildings and immediate surroundings look like they need a bit of a spruce up. In the book in the room it says you have to make a reservation because of corona, so I tried calling 4 times but nobody ever picked up.
