Fab location for our sporting event. Clean. Fab customer service. Super helpful service. Comfy bed and pillows.
The room was quite spacious. I requested an extra hour's check-out from the front desk. The hotel was average.
Love the easy parking here, staff are always friendly, the room was nice (shower itself was a little grubby on the floor), werent sure about doing dishes as we couldnt find a brush, soap and towel. It was a good selection of buffet breakfast.
Reception was very friendly. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there is no breakfast included here sadly. There do have a gym thou in this place. Gym was equipped sufficient to work out basics stuff. Room wise its clean and huge, kept good and maintenance well. Parking was also convenient to get to room and its near. Generally hotel is a little age and might be nice to get an upgrade.
The room was large and clean. The front desk and breakfast service staff were friendly. Parking was convenient.
Very comfortable bed and room. Reasonable gym. Excellent breakfast.

Large clean king room. Situated at the end of the corridor and it was very quiet. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful in delivering our van as part of the concierge service early the next morning.
Quite the respite while transiting down from Auckland. This cozy place is smack dab in the middle of Tanui, right on the river. It makes walking to avail oneself of the many charming restaurants a breeze. Parking is a bit tough, but there's some street parking and reasonably priced garages nearby. Overall a solid hotel worth looking at!
We visited the Hamilton Garden in Hamilton. It’s so beautiful and we spend a full day in Hamilton.will come back again.

Stayed here many times. Great location n lovely spacious n clean rooms
abit rundown but it is cheap. so cant complain. what u get is what you paid for.
Great location, absolutely faultless service from the staff. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom, but really the only downside. Laundry onsite, restaurant with room service. For the price, this is a steal in Hamilton. You are not expecting a super modern fancy hotel, but even still, it is not that bad for an aged building!
The hotel has an excellent location, is very clean, and offers good service.
There is no chair or stool, neither has a table nor desk in the room; their cleaning staffs knocked your door at 7:30 AM telling you that they were going to clean the room (we stayed just for one night and check-out time should be 7:00 AM, shouldn't it?
Terrible place. Old and mouldy. Not noise proof. Does not recommend staying.

It is at good location if you want to visit the caves.
Nice accomodation, close to supermarkets and the river. Clean, although some of the fixtures are a bit dated. Friendly staff
Room was clean and tidy, large room with plenty of space. Cleaned daily. We opted for the spa which was lovely and mostly private very unlikely to be seen by someone while in it. Well priced. Location is close to town near bus stops and on a busy road, nearby supermarket. Rooms are quiet and comfy.
OUr stay was just overnight, but the addition of the outdoor hottub was lovely, the weather was quite terrible, cold & wet so the trip to/from the hot tub was a little chilly and felt a little overlooked by neighbours & other guests. Overall a lovely place to stay.
Staff are very friendly. Room was immaculate and the bedding was confortable and soft. Enjoyed my stay, highly recommend.
We have stayed here before, and returned because we were happy with it. Highly recommend. Clean, good parking, and good location

Room spotless clean only issue was a lot of traffic noise as on main road but other motels in the area are same I suspect.
Great bit did notice alittle black mold on one of the main curtains otherwise all great
Nice no frills rooms. Close to supermarket. The rooms could use some maintenance. There were plastered holes in the walls and black mould in the bathroom and on the curtains. Also only one roll of toilet paper.
The unit was tired with black mould in bathroom and lino lifting off in several areas. Booked accessibility unit with allocated carpark which was occupied by other guests/staff vehicles.
Room heater The heater in the room was loud and clicked on and off constantly- at least ten times an hour. It definitely needed to be upgraded, we wouldn’t stay in room 18 again
Great stay close to fmg stadium room was clean tidy good shower and bed

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good rate Disappointed as bistro has not been in operation since covid wasn't advised this was the case
Excellent low cost, clean, safe, plenty of parking off street, super friendly and helpful receptionist, the best budget accommodation in Hamilton imo
The service at reception was great, very nice gentleman, and the room was very clean. However as a woman traveling alone I felt unsafe there as the hotel is used for emergency housing I believe, which I wasn't told about. Within a few minutes of my arrival people were shouting, swearing and arguing outside, and early both mornings the same thing happened. The second morning a woman was screaming obscenities...

Very clean, modern, and tidy room. Staff were amazing. Great location. Would definitely reccomend and we will be back!
Lovely place to stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, felt luxurious for the price, and had great amenities. Parking was easy, too!
A budget motel so don't expect anything special. It was a decent price, it was a 25min walk to the main town restaurants and bars (Victoria Street). The bed was fine but not the most comfortable. The door locks were confusing so I wasn't confident that I had locked it from the inside. It wasn't totally clear how to access the amenities at the motel. It had air conditioning and Sky TV which was a bonus...
Great value with very good service. This was our home while we searched for our new home in Hamilton. The team was so helpful and communicative and were available to check us in early during both our stays. The showers are hot and the water pressure is very good. Fast WiFi and good air conditioning.
Lovely renovated room. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our overnight stay

For the price this is a very comfortable motel. We came here for 2 nights as a base for the River Ride. We wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful with room to store our two e-bikes. We found it! The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and have been painted and re-carpeted. Being on a main road I expected noise but there wasn’t any with the rooms being quiet and dark at night. There is also aircon. The beds...
Affordable, spacious and clean. Rooms have been renovated however, furniture is old and require an upgrade. Bed was uncomfortable. TV with limited channels. Not a smart tv. Shower was great and good water pressure. Plenty of parking onsite. Overall, stay was okay for one night.
Was one the best value motels we've stayed in. Was recently refurbished so everything was lovely and clean and new. I was traveling with my two daughters and the space was grest with a separate bedroom and separate lounge and a sunny kitchen dining space. The owner was lovely and very accommodating.
I spent 2 nights at Boundary court motor Inn. I'm sorry because I arrived a bit late, around 9pm but I have been kindly welcome. Thanks for this. The studio was very clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed for a coffee, tea and to reheat food in the microwave oven. I had a very nice stay. The parking is free. The location is great, if you like to walk, you can reach the city center by foot...
A lovely little place. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and spacious. We loved our stay here and will stay again in the future. The staff are awesome and very polite and nice. A big thank you to the Norah who was behind the check in counter when we arrived. She was very kind and friendly and a great first impression for this lovely little motel.
Room was in good condition. Very helpful staff. However beds were not that comfortable.

Beautiful grounds with cozy rooms. The building has amazing detail and been really considered when built. It would be an amazing retreat place and event location. Had a morning bath in the huge spa bath and delicious continental breakfast included in our room stay.
Very cozy place to stay, highly recommended!
Quaint, comforting and rustic accomodation. Quiet and secluded amongst trees and not far from airport. Feels like a lodge. Friendly staff. Lovely continental breakfast. Loads of parking.
A hotel with a quiet atmosphere.
Although it is only on the second floor, it is not easy to carry luggage. Others are satisfied.

A beautiful house with vast views. We stayed in the Rua Suite which I believe is the only one with a private bath. It's a huge room with comfortable seating, 2 balconies and a very large private bath with two vanities, tub, walk in shower and a separate toilet room. This is also the only room I believe that has air conditioning. Ponies, goats, llamas etc. are all around and come to the fence by...
Our stay at Rua Resort was truly exceptional. The accommodations were above expectations—a beautiful taste of luxury set in a stunning countryside location with rolling hills all around, yet conveniently close to town. From the moment we arrived, we felt like family. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel completely at home, creating a relaxed and personal atmosphere that made our stay even more...
My family and I stayed only for 1 night. However it was amazing. We had a very comfortable stay. Hosts were friendly and inviting. Our children loved the animals especially the 3 outside cats. The breakfast we had in morning was wonderful. The views from the property were outstanding. We will definately be back again, and highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the area. It felt like a home away...
We were in the Rua (Harmony) Suite for our stay. Very spacious and comfortable. The property looks like an Italian or Spanish villa and is situated, with great views, atop a hill on the outskirts of Hamilton. A generous breakfast is provided.
What a great stay, it was a shame it was only 1 night. The beds were incredibly comfy, the horses, cats and alpaca friendly Great personal breakfast service Wonderful host Lots to love and the kids really loved it to. We will be back!
Warm welcome in this comfortable, very quiet and tidy BnB. The (shared) bathroom is massive and very convenient. We enjoyed the opportunity to have a chat with our hosts and other guests. Our daughter loved to be offered a pack of carrots to feed the animals. We will certainly return.

Large elongated space, windows that allowed fresh air. Rooms were very clean, beds well made. Showers very strong. Staff at counter was prompt - everything went relatively smoothly and we found accommodation quickly.
A good place to stay with no disturbances. Parking is available at no cost.
The room was spotless , housekeeping staff very friendly and efficient, and the location awesome; the only blotch was the toilet cistern had a slow leak onto the floor in the bathroom.
Clean and cheap! Worth staying
Ok, so the room was lovely, really nice clean and spacious. Comfy beds and well priced. It was in a good location for the event we were attending. However, the walls are extremely thin we heard everything word for word including room #1 having a great time til 4:30am. Also there was no hair dryer which I’ve never come across and was a little annoying.

The hostel has everything you need and is nearby. I recommend it.
I thought the hostel was pretty good for spending 1 or 2 nights, it's perfect.
I stayed in a private room shared bathroom. The main positive of the room for me was controlled air con which was a necessity, especially as the window of the room opened onto the fire escape out the back which was frequently used as a smoking spot. The main issues for me were the general cleanliness of the place. It smelt really bad, the furniture was old and worn, and worst of all I found multiple...

Faultless really, the room was clean, well soundproofed and had everything we needed. Plenty of space too! It's an easy recommendation.
We recently stayed at Auto lodge for almost 3 weeks as our son was in Waikato hospital after an accident.. Our rooms were spotless, and nothing was too much trouble, we were even able to have our washing washed and dried for a small fee, which was a relief, not having to find a laundromat. Would definitely recommend.
Easy check in. Very clean room with everything I needed. Close to the city in a very safe area. Price was great. Thank you.
The room was spacious and clean. There were kitchen utensils and a microwave, but no stove. The bathroom was clean, and parking was free. It felt like a great deal for the price.
Our room was clean, modern, and well presented. The shower was large with fantastic water pressure, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A really lovely motel with excellent front desk service on arrival. I would happily stay here again.

The room was clean and well presented. The only real problem was the ants that were coming in on the far end of the bench. They did find their way into some of our food items. I told one of the cleaning staff as we were leaving, but was unsure as to whether she understood. This needs to be addressed urgently!
Yes cleaner checked me in I was there just after 2:00pm no reception open cleaner contacted manager said he went for sandwich reception was advising it was open at 2:00 pm so it shy be managed to be open
Great Motel. The guy at reception was really nice and welcoming. The doors a spacious and clean. Nice and close to the lake for a nice evening stroll or a morning walk down the way to Cafe Dora for a great coffee.
The room was tidy and spacious, and the on-site parking was appreciated. Overall I enjoyed my stay apart from some traffic noise from the busy adjacent roads.
Everything adequate for a one night stay. Clean room, comfy bed, good shower. Spacious.
No one at reception to greet or answer queries. No compedium or guide in the room to let us know what was expected or what was available in the locale. Room was a very generous size.

Definitely in need of an upgrade. Rooms are on the smaller end of the spectrum. Parking was very limited. Towels weren't changed in the 3 days we stayed even though the booklet said they would be changed daily. The booklet also warned we would be charged extra if we didn't wash the dishes. Beds are very soft. Place is looking old and thus unclean feeling. Ours had a huge stain on the carpet and bathroom...
Nice room and location. The place is wide and clean. Parking space is good too
Our stay in the motel was very comfortable and we appreciated that the coffee/tea making facilities were provided. The room was clean, slightly worn but well acceptable. The receptionist was most helpful arranging a perfectly safe parking for our motorbike.

The room was clean enough. The towels smelled moldy/musty like they weren't dried properly. The shower was small, and it felt like it needed updating. The staff were friendly, and the location was nice for us.
I stayed at this motel for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and approachable, and the location was excellent—close to the main city and with easy highway access. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Would recommend.
Not having enough cooking utensils and no dish washing liquid. Average motel which I understand because it's a cheap price anyway.
