Rooms looked like a prison cell. Showers were filthy

Really nice spot, the price was reasonable, and the room was clean.

Lovely modern room. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Wifi was quite bad but other than that a great stay and grateful to have been able to make a last minute booking!

Service and restaurant was very good. Was disappointed to find the bed had not been changed from previous guest as there was human hair/ public hair throughout sheets and pillow cases had not been changed.

The service was excellent! Since the restaurant was closed when we arrived, the counter kindly provided us with tableware to make instant noodles in the room.

A convenient motel for an overnight stay if you are passing through and are not bothered by the proximity of the cemetery behind the hotel fence.

The room is spacious and comfortable.

We had a two bedrooms unit- the carpet feels thick and new. Shower box is very clean. Bed is comfy. Kitchen is good except floor a little sticky. Room is bright and airy. Wld be prefect if TV a bit bigger.

Good lacation. Kindly service staff. Room is very clean and function. I like here.

All is great. The receptionist’s service quality was excellent in explaining the things inside the room and checking whether I need anything else or have any queries before I check-in for my stay.

The room facilities are average, similar to chain hotels, relatively clean, the location is very good, the environment is OK, the service is average, the room has cold air conditioning, and free parking is available.

Apart from an appliance issue which was promptly rectified this property is excellent and the beds are ‘to die for’.

The unit was spotless and well-maintained, with a spacious, comfortable bed. The lady at the motel was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.

Very friendly staff and clean apartment. Our room was unfortunately a bit noisy as it was next to the highway, but it had everything we needed. Well stacked kitchenette. Comfortable beds. Extra plus for the late checkout which was very appreciated since we had a late ferry back the next day. Wi-fi was not working so well, but that might have been due to the bad weather conditions that night.

We stay at this facility every year and find the staff very friendly, the units are very well serviced and the property well set for being pet-friendly.

Very clean, comfy beds, convenient parking, lovely staff, close to the beach. Highly recommend it

1. Wooden bunk bed, space between upper and lower beds was less then 3 feets, 2. 0 basic facilities on 2 sets bunk beds, 3. 3 street lights along the walk way to common toilets and kitchen were faulty, 4. Customer service personnel was friendly and nice

Heater was too small to heat the single glassed rooms , I went out for a meal and returned 2 hours later to a cold unit with a tv that didn’t work , so my pooches and I drove for a couple of hours and used a warmer option in another town . Grey place to stay all summer 🌺 long though.

The check-in was quick and easy Room was very clean

Room was clean and cozy. Shower head delivered hot, hight pressure water which was very nice. The on-sight managers were terrific!

Got everything in room/kitchen/bath room. One of the best i stay

Accommodation exceptionally clean. Everything good for my needs.

Aside from Christchurch and Queenstown, there aren't many other particularly good hotels on the South Island. I had the impression that motels in the US were quite scary, but motels in New Zealand are really clean and safe, and they even come with tableware and cooking facilities, which is great.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff at the reception are very friendly. The hotel facilities are adequate, and it's acceptable for a one- or two-night stay.

The host was really kind and helpful while the room was spacious and tidy. Really suitable for a family to stay there and have fun there.

This motel is excellent! The room was spacious and clean, with a bathtub to relax in. The owner, a very kind lady, recommended many nearby attractions and restaurants.

Our apartment is off site. It is very spacious for a group of 5 travellers, with all the amenities.

The room is relatively small. If it is a 3-person room with the same area, there will be no other space, even the table will be replaced. But the price of a 3-person room is more expensive than a 2-person room. So if there are 3 people, this room is not suitable. You can only eat in the 2-person room.

The hotel is easy to find, has milk delivery, and has all the necessary facilities. It's pretty good.

When booking the motel, it was stated that it was for 4 adults. When I checked in, I found that there was only one room and a bunk bed in the living room, which was not very comfortable. In addition, the toilet is in the room, and someone will be woken up when going to the toilet at night. It is not suitable for more than 2 people to stay.

Clean & Tidy Not the Ritz but ok for the $ We stayed because of proximity to friends we were visiting

Great property. Very clean. Good facilities. Only problem was the noise at night from cars going on the highway. Hard to sleep.

One of the nicest motels I've stayed in, will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay was fine and good to have two bedrooms rooms for the family. Bathroom had been renovated but rest of place a little tired. Carpets could do with a clean and we found some rubbish in one of the beds. Some road traffic noise but it didn’t keep us awake. Thanks
