Please avoid this place.First of all its very close to town and surrounded by lot of other camps, so you will never get the feel of living in the desert.So much light pollution, forget about star watching.And it’s located in deep sand pit.So you cannot see sunset and sunrise properly.
Tents are very basic and not comfortable.
Finally food is very bad.We never had bad dinner and breakfast in our life.
A real waste of time and money.
Only one Plus point: Owner is a friendly cool guy😀

Sand Delight Camp is a budget friendly Desert Camp. This camp is filled with tents. Ok type, with attached bathroom facility & 1 double bed. Provided with dinner & breakfast. But please be on time for that as if you get on to the eating area on time you'll get food as we have seen many guests didn't get enough food. Also we didn't have any other activities or any programs in the camp as it was boring to sit idle after dinner. But we went up the nearby desert mountain for Star Gazing. That too South side of the camp was good for star gazing due to the light pollution from surrounding Wasil village and nearby camps night light. Enjoyed Dunes Bash and Sunset trip in 4*4 vehicle. Drivers stopped in between for good photo spots and was friendly. Morning good for camel ride as kids enjoyed. Other than this no other activity was there. Owner Mr. Anwar is a good person with smiling face and helpful. Should have arranged some more activities & programs in the night.

The camp looks nice but i faced problem with the reservation. I have made reservations 2 weeks ahead and I reached early around 11am so the reception told me to come back around 2pm after they confirm my reservation. After 1 hour later I get message that my reservation had changed to another date. We tried to sort it out but they couldn't. We end up not staying there.

We had very bad experience with this camp. Firstly, camp staff mislead us that saloon car can come to site (from business point of view) , but we got stuck in the sand & no one from camp bothered to support. Thanks to the local people who helped to remove our car from the sand & take it to a safe location. Food (both dinner & breakfast) was not up to the mark & also it was served on first come first serve basis I.e. whoever comes first will get all food items. There was shortage in food & also kids did not have any food of their choice. It was informed that there will be some programs along with the camp fire, but actually there was nothing like that. No entertainment for kids too. This camp is not value for money & I don’t recommend this camp especially for families.

Nice place, well , the owner was great more than anything, but let's talk what bad we have:
-No rules to be quite for sleeping, guests can scream , shout & party loud.
- Recipients not Profesional if you didn't meet the owner,
- Not clear for us about meals timing.
- there is WiFi but you need to ask & it's difficult to be answered.
- Many events was mentioned but in fact there is only 2 events you can try.
- Mosquito many in tent.
- Toilet was clean but simple smell cheep strong chemical.
- No signs or serious about clean, ecology and environment.
What was good:
- buffet was simplest but testy.
- the place was clean.
- the price was fine.
FOR SURE the owner is a super hero and wonderful. he is so helpful and professional.
the facilities so simple, it's a camping place not a 5 star withe a cool price, so I recommend for this place but not for families.
