Stayed at szczawnica for 4 nights. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were decent, and the food was good. Overall a good experience. Would recommend for family and friends.

too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience

Overrated resort far away from 5 star at Max 4 star. Well located. Very small swimming pool and spa with a cold water. Breakfast nothing exceptional. . Paying parking fée - scandal. It should be included since people already pay a high price. Nice rooms well designed with no phonic isolation between rooms. I could hear my neighbour watching tv. Missed cleaning service, unacceptable for 5 star resort...

We spent a weekend here; the conditions were great, the location was excellent, close to the city center, and the rooms were spacious, with an indoor bathroom. My husband and I spent a few days at this hotel in August, and we both agree on the high standard of the room (huge bathroom) and the extensive breakfast buffet. Add to that the always smiling staff (especially the lady who cleaned the rooms, who was wonderfully empathetic) and the hotel's excellent location... Nothing more, nothing less. And the downsides? Hmm... maybe not enough bubbles in the jacuzzi...

I’m here for the second time and nothing but best opinion for this spa. Medical equipment is very modern; the best. Technicians are very professional snd knowledgeable and super nice. The BEST medical stuff; doctors nurses, orthopedic doctors. I have to say all the same about all personnel of this Hotel Spa. Rooms are cleaned everyday. The pool and saunas are also clean. Very nice service, large, clean room on the 6th floor, with a huge terrace, nice restaurant with delicious food, the location of the hotel is also a plus, close to everything, we are very pleased with our stay :) we will be happy to come back :)

Big applause for beautiful and spacious rooms and bathrooms ☺️☺️☺️ Perfect for a stay for two, alone. Probably not for families with small children. The food was tasty, minus the lack of juices and teas with dinner. In general, dinners had a poor selection. But we are still very pleased with our stay.

Great location with perfect breakfast however our floors were sticky and this place has no elevator so we had to carry our luggage to third floor. Also we had noisy neighbors in the room above till 11:30 PM.

Hot, loud, poorly designed. This hotel has no air conditioning. It is hot. The rooms are very basic with bathrooms that lack counter space the even set a cosmetic case. Lovely location, fantastic restaurant but the hotel desperately needs investment.

Our family stayed only for one night, a very enjoyable stay. Our 4 rooms faced the mountains, I highly recommend this option as it’s a spectacular view to wake up to. Even though there was no AC, the breeze did the trick and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Great service at our check in and departure.

In the past in the property belonging to hotel was placed old style villa . New it was renovated into the hotel . This is probably the best hotel I have visited. From its unique art deco architecture, its cuisine, service to its location. I personally couldn't think of a better hotel - either in the highlands or anywhere else. I am adding no photos but a one from the restaurant because the beauty of this place has to be witnessed with one's own eyes.

We spent a delicious night here. All was magic and perfect. The place to be in Szczawnica. I love it.

Quiet and cozy place, with a very good but discreet service. If you want to rest and get some good SPA treatments this is the place. One thing which I would improve is the training for the waiters in the restaurant regarding wine selection.
