Villa Karmelia in Darlowko

We were disappointed. The reviews promised a lot 🤗 It was cold and the heating was off, the towel heater in the bathroom didn't work either, so the towels always stayed damp. For 8 days we had 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for 2 people!!!
Nothing was done in the room itself for the entire time. The breakfast was good and sufficient, but could have been more varied. You didn't see a contact person the whole time.
Once after 10 p.m. there was sizzling in the communal kitchen, the smell spread to our room, very unpleasant.
All in all, we cannot recommend the pension.

I do not recommend. The owner is a dodger who has previous arrangements for nothing. Upon arrival (despite prior arrangements and advance payment), it turned out that not only are our rooms not ready, but instead of 2 there is one room. When I showed the reservation, the Lord started blaming everything on my wife and calling her. The Lord's spouse insisted that the advance payment was not made. When I proved that the advance payment had been made, the Lord said that he would never rent a room for such a price, but he would start preparing a second room out of grace. When at the end of the struggle, we asked to show us the prepared rooms, the Lord said that we did not have to stay there and that he would pay us back the advance. We did so too.
To the owners. It is a pity that you have handled it this way and that you do not respect the client. It could have been dealt with completely differently. The customer is not guilty that you are unable to determine the price between yourself. Fortunately, we found a hotel of a much better standard and for a similar amount. I do not recommend.
