This was truly premium. Large family room. Large bathroom. Automatic curtains. Great breakfast.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was nice and there is a large SPA with a pool, steam bath, dry sauna and jacuzzi. I recommend. There is space in the rooms and facilities, conference room, etc. The matress and pillows need a bit more comfort, maybe it is a good idea to order extra pillows.

It feels like it is coming from the late 90's vision of luxury :) Golden door handles, mirrors and red carpets but lacking some cleanliness here and there. There is kind of night club / cocktail bar which was relatively crowded with some conference guests, not my cup of tea.

Amazing hotel, great service and we loved the breakfast and dinner. Great location with easy walking/scooter distance to the shopping centre and all the restaurants on the Main Street. Nice place very close to one of the major public transit stops and good start to visit Piotrkowska Street. It's also short walk from Księży Młyn area with a lot of nice places to visit.

Location of the hotel is good. The hotel itself is quite big and comfortable. I could find everything necessary in the room. And an important thing for me, it was quiet there. There was a variety of products for the breakfast, so you may have a good meal in the morning.

Great spa, but staff need to be trained Let’s start from pluses: very comfortable SPA area, rich breakfast and minuses: staff is not helpful, this hotel is like labirynth. This morning I asked for invoice at reception desk and he said that I need to send them e-mail with request. Absurd.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Lodz. It is a wonderful place with a nice swimming pool and sauna.

The room was clean but there was no phone, so it was inconvenient to communicate with the front desk.

The hotel is relatively quiet and new, which meets the expectations of the brand. However, the bedding in my friend's room is obviously dirty, and the hygiene needs to be improved. It is good that the hotel has its own parking lot.

The hotel is definitely not central and if you decide to walk till center be aware that will take you a while. But if you are interested in seeing something else than give it a try. We stayed for only one night, great location right next to our concert venue. Parking on street was a breeze and much cheaper than hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I recommend it. The restaurant is convenient and great service with delicious food. We enjoyed it.

Very tidy, clean and most importantly great staff - allowed for us to stay longer than the checkout time free of charge so as to avoid standing in the rain prior to going to the airport. Reception staff always answered all questions with a smile on their face and went out of their way to help us with transport/ironing etc. Great value for money - would recommend any day!

Despite having big room with tall ceiling and clean bathroom. There is very old television only with 4 repeating channels, Small empty Fridge, bed is not cleaned properly, not polite reception, don't have even water heating mug.

I've been staying in Hotel Raymont even breviously. It is a little bit aged hotel but a good budget hotel. Nothing fancy, just a dated room, but nice and clean. It's not a Sheraton, but you only pay 1/8th (or even less) of Sheraton night. I've never tasted their breakfast, because there is a fridge in the room so I manage my own breakfast. The hotel is very good, nice, big room. However breakfast was terrible. There was no bread, no coffe. The baked eggs were disgusting... they were almost not baked, just warm. Ugly... no worth to pay for breakfast.

Place is little bit older but well maintain and clean . You can’t expect too much for the price you pay but mattress is the reason why my rating is lower. They are terrible and I could not sleep well and was waking up a lot due to springs basically sticking out hurting my back . Not to mention that there is no bed frame . It's a quiet and peaceful hotel in the middle of a park. I had the apartment (I believe) and it's spacious with a proper nice bathroom. The breakfast was alright, after all I enjoyed my stay.
