Staff was professional and helpful

The staff are so helpful and all speak English. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. They organised the best facial I’ve ever had and then allowed me to use their sauna steam room The Breakfast buffet is incredible especially if you’re a fan of Polish food but if you’re not you’ll find something you’ll like from waffles to omelettes. It’s ideal for couples but if you do go with family friends ask for twin beds. Although I slept well on the sofa bed

It’s a little, but cozy place. With a absolute relaxation. Here you will really get everything to make yourself let go of daily troubles. But most of all, I must say about hotel staff. They are truly always there for you to make your stay comfortable and more. On my arrival, I get myself in to some trouble, because of long time no use, Poland phone number was blacked, Poland bank card was blocked, I don’t speak Polish and no people understand me to settle my activations. It’s maybe a small thing, but at that time, for me was very important and urgent. A stranger country, no friends, no family and only the reception personal . He spanned his time to make all the calls and get whole the pings and cod numbers , to activate everything I needed. And once again , within one hour i could relax and forget the whole daily troubles. Thank you.

Great hotel for everyone!
Great hotel, highly recommend it to any couple or as a family stay. We had an amazing time and will be back. Staff was very professional, food was delicious, spa facilities were amazing, plenty of parking around. The only thing could be improved is quality of pillows, but for a 3 star hotel they are good enough!

Hotel need some help with cleaning service. Also walls quite thin so you could here all conversation from your neighbour and on the end it would be nice if equipment in the room actually worked ( kettle)

For me, amazing place to stay when You are visiting Lublin or Lubelszczyzna. A good place to stay or rent as a venue for some event - personal or business. Good access to main roads and 15 min away from Lublin city centre. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and nice staff members. Around the hotel, a lot of green trees and a nice view of the farm fields and some hills. My sister has her wedding there - great service, good food, a lot of space for dancing. Fully recommend.

Perfect for the family. On - 1 floor big space for children, also outside small area dedicated for 1-6 years old. Clean rooms, big parking space. Good choice for breakfast.

Hotel is good for the price and clean. There was a fitness center inside but open for all people not only used for the people who stays at hotel.
