I would never recommend this hotel. It's like a children's hotel. I couldn't rest here because of the children's noise. The spa is okay. The food is okay. However, a foreign man working at the buffet was constantly harassing the worker girls. This was a rude and ugly situation. My family and daughters were disturbed.

Staff dont talk english, room cards doesnt work correctly, the food in RESTOURANT frozen didnt like at all

Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded.

It is a big resort. Owned by Turkish guy it starts to look like all inclusive in Bodrum. Rooms are ok, service is good, spa (pools, massage, etc,) is very good. Unfortunately food is only average quality and i would expect better food quality at 4* place. In my opinion place is ok but little bit overpriced.

A stunning location overlooking a lake with lush flowers and gardens cascading down. Room with terrace was lovely. BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage. The restaurant food middling, but service was friendly

The hotel is ok. I don’t understand the four star rating. Rooms and bathrooms are small, equipment is very average. The spa needs to be reserved in advance so if you stay for two nights you will not be able to use it. That was my case.

My friend and I wanted to see two military and historic sites in the area, along with participating in a fun run. At first we thought the property was dated, but after walking around we quickly changed our minds. The Customer service was excellent with great dinner drinks and excellent breakfast. Also nice trails and a Beautiful lake view.

Lovely Very beautiful place, the garden behind the hotel is absolutely lovely and the building itself has a wonderful style, both inside and outside. They have a restaurant in this beautiful garden and we had a tasty dinner there. The spa is not big, but however very relaxing. I loved the big balcony, we were lucky that there weren't other guests, but usually the balcony is shared with the neighboring...

TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE Las habitaciones son muy amplias y bonitas y el desayuno es espectacular. Lo que menos me ha gustado ha sido el baño que se ve un poco antiguo, pero estaba absolutamente impecable.

We have stayed in Solar Palace for 3 days 4 nights. Beautiful gardens, caring staff [Marcin was an awesome guide and help for local needs], big spread at the breakfast buffet [enough sustenance to take you through the lunch time, for sure], comfortable beds, updated rooms in the gorgeous old mansion, good swimming pool! The only reason I give 4, and not 5 stars, -- albeit hoping that the Management...

Place is on the shore of the lake, the view from the balcony is very scenic. While it might be a bit outdated in todays standards, but everything was clean, prepared nicely and would definetely comeback if in the region. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options to pick from.

This place was amazing! The staff was really kind, the view from the room was mesmerizing and the breakfast was delicious. Also the drinks and dessert were very tasty!

The hotel has an amazing view. It's very clean and the food is amazing. Most of the personnel is very nice and listens to you. Overall it was a great experience. Most of the rooms look very nice, we had a bit uglier room but that is fine. The beds are so good that it's hard to get up. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

it's a good hotel for a normal price, it's clean and quiet, a good place for walks.

Average Nice and updated hotel but Rooms are a little outdated. No A/C but had standard heating.They do have a spa with facial massage. They also have a restaurant. Restaurant staff speaks limited English and could be more friendly.

In general OK but I was quite confused with food especially with sapper. No hot drinks (extra paid)only the water. Good place for a quick stay during the trip.

Hot tub with bar service. NO hot tea kettle in room or available. No coffee available until 7:00 a.m for us early risers. No AC

Best location in this area with private beach (lots of empty sunbeds) and jetty. Walking distance to many restaurants. The building and especially the standard rooms not appealing - old post communist style and furniture.

Unique view of the lake. Friendly German-speaking staff who are happy to help with any questions / problems. Boat rental directly at the jetty - even a rowing boat. Really good to relax. Unfortunately there was no possibility to lie at the lake and have a drink or enjoy snacks, because the bar was closed the whole day. The equipment is reasonable at this price, but in the midsummer it gets unbearably...

Great location. Near the lake and city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi is good and stable. Tea in rooms and a small fridge. View is amazing on the lake. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant and tasty food on breakfast. The terrase in the restaurant and view is great. Very friendly staff on reception, always there and helpful and it was a pleasure to communicate. Thank you a lot...

All in all it is good, the rooms are clean, breakfast is plenty to choose from and tasty, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location is great. But there are things to improve, like silence hours, we didn't have a good night sleep because of that. The customer is not always right 😉

An awesome place to stay at! The staff is very friendly and kind. Gave us some homemade party supplies! 🥳 If you go there, go on a boat trip 🛥️ Definitely will be going back again. 10/10 recommend this place.

We are family (3pax), has been stay over night. Room big enough, clean and fresh. Staff very helpful, friendly and hospitable! Breakfast were nice with beautiful service! Best regards to the Pan Stanislaw - he is Man with kind heart!!! Recommended and another day definitely stay at HH! 🤝👍

Good place for the rest with good view in perfect location near the beach

To balance my previous review which ended up with 6. a more objective number would be around 7.5-8 for that period of stay.

The staff was friendly and nice. We arrived late in the night and they had prepared snacks for us (we missed our supper). Also if you have special diet(no gluten,vegetarian etc) ask at reception and at the restaurant they'll serve special food for you The parking is additional paid (10zl). The room was clean although you can hear other guests in the next door.

The rooms were fantastic, service was excellent, and food was amazing - you can tell it was made with a passion for cooking. If you are exploring the area it is a wonderful place to stay.

Only went to the restaurant- food was okay, large portions and great value for money, but it wasn’t incredible. Just regular fish, which isn’t a bad thing

The facility is preserved in the Old Masurian style, which distinguishes them from the other hotels. The lake and forests around the hotel are a real treasure and a paradise for lovers of fishing, water sports and mushroom picking...and if you will have a room with the balcony...lucky you! An indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a dry and steam sauna, heated loungers, a gym and a number of amenities...

Dinner 4 people. Pizza and pierogi were quite delicious. Salmon salad was very good. The fish was mediocre, we didn't like it. This place is very nice both on the outside and inside. They also have a nice yard in front of the restaurant. Overall experience was good, not excellent.
