The worst hotel I have encountered in recent years. The smell of mold in the room, dirty carpet on the floor, stained plumbing. There is no remote control for the air conditioner, when I asked the reception, they said it was not summer and they did not have remote controls. On the last day, there was no hot water in the room in the morning, but when I asked to solve the problem, the reception answered - "everything should be fine!" and that's it. The buffet - cheap food, half of it cold.

The hotel is always very good to us, as we need access through a side door and they are very helpful whenever we need to use it. The breakfast is basic, but is fine for me. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. Would thoroughly recommend as a basic 3* hotel.

Disgusting smell from the bathroom. BEDBUGS!!!!! had to sleep on the little couch. the towel was dirty as the sheets with little bloodstains (probably from the bedbugs).

It's the first time when we stayed here. The location was good for us due to Zoom Beach, where Sand Marathon start.
Unfortunatelly the way is looking from outside is old and unkempt.
Inside the room the furniture is old, but the room, service and breakfast all good.

We booked 2 rooms fir 2 nights,on the 1st day we got there was hugely disappointed with hotel ,the best part of it was the reception aera,the breakfast was very limited and not good,we checked out the next day to salvage ourselves and booked into another hotel

Great service! Really nice staff!

I used to eat here frequently for a couple of years during the summers. It seemed like an above average location with above average prices but I enjoyed taking breakfast each morning and sometimes even the dinner here. Something changed when I came in 2017 - the music, food and serving is not what it used to be. The ribs I ordered were 80% fat, 15% bones and less than 5% meat. They have a great lava cake though.

Nice location, though I had to pester a bit the waiter in order to be able to sit in a warmer area with my toddler and old grandparents rather than the open terace, considering that it was mid October and the weather tends to be chilly. Other than that, the food was good, with some delay and a bit of a clumsy waiter.
(Some food has to be improved, at least the rissoto with mushrooms I tried). So 3 stars from us.
