We were fishing at this base from June 24 to June 27, 2021 with a male company, we rented a cottage called "Forest Hut".

Already leaving towards the base, we found out: the use of the barbecue is not included in the cost of renting a cottage, the barbecue is 250 rubles per hour, and the gazebo is 450 rubles, exactly per hour, accessories for a fee.
The rental agreement for boats and a motor indicates the estimated cost of the old Kazanka without a motor, a small Velboat with an ancient Yamaha 5 hp. in 1300000 rubles!!! Maybe you, reading this review, don’t know what’s the price, but in 2021 this good together has a red price of 300-400 thousand. After the scandal in the contract, they nevertheless corrected the cost by 450,000 rubles, taking into account that. Looking ahead, I’ll say that the boat was stolen from us. The rest is in order, all the little things, but I have never seen such pettiness:
1. There were a lot of horseflies and mosquitoes on Svir in June, there were no bars on half of the windows, we had to make a scandal, only then, right in front of us, they made and put nets on the rest of the windows and the door to the veranda.
2. in the house there are colored enameled cooking utensils and a gas stove - the base staff warned that previous customers were billed for opening the gas too much and smoking the dishes
3. we were asked not to leave chairs from the house on the street, the manager promised to provide 3 more street chairs, because there were five of us, and there were 2 outdoor chairs. In the end, they didn’t bring anything, and in the evening the manager was indignant why we were sitting at the table by the barbecue (for 250 r / h, I remind you), because he tried so hard with our cottage and there there is a great outdoor table. He immediately remembered that the promised chairs were not brought to us, they were never brought to us in the remaining 2 days of our stay
4. The cost of renting fishing rods, we don't need it, but someone hit the keyboard typing prices, just attach a photo in the gallery, pay attention, at one o'clock!!!
5. The prices on the site do not correspond to reality, at least a cottage and gasoline, they are probably changed on the fly. We were driving was 60 rubles / l, arrived already 65 rubles / l
7. dumplings 500 rubles / small portion, sour cream 100 rubles, about a tablespoon. wait from 40 minutes

9. they tried to charge us 400 rubles for watching a movie with Evie, after a dispute and presenting an SMS with a write-off, it turned out that they wrote a monthly subscription fee from the manager.

The icing on the cake was the following incident: In the evening after fishing, one of the guests who came from the pier told us that a very drunk guest again climbed into our boat. When we arrived at the pier, the boat was not there. At the same time, an employee of the base, who seems to be watching the pier, told the manager that the same drunken guest got into the boat, who turned over and drowned the rented boat with a motor right at the pier a few hours ago. The most interesting thing is that the manager has a boat with a 150-horsepower engine moored there, but instead of rushing to search for the guest on their own until he drowned, the base administration preferred to look for the hijacker's relatively sober friends and send them in search of a friend. Thank God everything worked out, his friends returned him to the base along with the boat and our motor, but the level of services and safety was demonstrated in full, especially in the context of attempts to prescribe the triple value of their property, which they do not monitor.
In general, you are not welcome here, but give money.

About the main thing: the prices here are exorbitant. The price on the site is not relevant, in fact they charge more. Only cache.
Take a boat, read the contract about the cost, it is 3 times higher than what it costs new, fishing rod 500r/hour, ping pong 400r/hour
Barbecue - you can’t have your own, you can rent it for 250 r / h, you will be allowed to sit. Grill and skewers are also for separate money.
The restaurant is even more fun - 500 rubles. A portion of dumplings, but a spoonful of sour cream for them is another 100 rubles. , FROM

About hospitality: You are not particularly welcome here. A half-hour scandal helped to get a mosquito net on the door. You will be allowed to sit on the terrace only if you buy a barbecue rental, but if you bring your own food, they will not give you any plates or cutlery, and after the end of the barbecue rental, you will not even be allowed to turn on the light.
The cottage had a table on the street, there were 2 chairs for 5 guests, they promised to bring more, but they didn’t do it in 3 days, and they also tried to show why we were sitting on the terrace by the barbecue, and not at home.
But in general, the simple working staff is adequate, pleasant and understands that some kind of "game" is happening, but as soon as Ksenia or Oleg appears, they turn into silent performers.
Base: the house is new, everything you need and even more is there, a white peacock and a rooster are yelling under the windows, there is a basketball hoop and a trampoline for children.
Lots of blind people. There is a slipway - paid, there is parking for boats - paid, you can fill up with water for money, take hooks and fishing rods for money.
Situations:
Drunk guests stole a rented boat with our motor, the administration was surprised, but they did not take active steps, they asked other guests of this cottage to look for them. cost
They tried to show us money for using ivi, it turned out that this was an auto-renewal of the subscription.
The base itself has nothing to do with fishing, species and nature, it’s good on the Svir.

General impression: unpleasant, you are not specifically welcome here, they plan to collect money from you from everything and this greatly overshadows the rest. Pettiness that spoils all good impression. The whole company left with the thought that they would never set foot on this base again.
