Luxurious hotel. Great service and good service. The room was clean and well maintained. I will definitely come again.

Decent hotel for the money. Breakfast included and served to your room. The rooms are clean. On the downside, there was no shower gel, although there was a dispenser for it.

Nice and cozy place.
Stayed 3 days in July 2021. The main impression: we are glad for Rubtsovsk that it has such a nice and cozy place to receive guests. Moreover, at a reasonable price. From the experience of traveling in "blessed Europe" I would give this hotel a solid 4 *.
Pros:
excellent cleanliness, silence, new air conditioning, excellent modern renovation, comfortable (which is important for tired travelers) beds, delicious home-style breakfasts with a choice of dishes and a convenient time for us.
Nice helpful staff.
On the 1st floor there is a supermarket. Nearby is a barbecue (very decent barbecue). There are a bunch of decent inexpensive restaurants in the city. Instant booking confirmation. In "Booking" the photo is even worse than in reality, shower cabins, for example, now not with a curtain, but with a modern glass door.
Cons:
* far from the bus stop and the city center. Compensated by your own car or a pacifying walk along a pretty pedestrian boulevard;
* renovation of the main road to the hotel (expected to be completed by the end of 2021). Rubtsovsk, like the rest of Russia, cannot boast of roads. It's a pity;
* economical approach of the hotel to "consumables" - shower gel, toilet paper. Experienced guests associate this with the crisis due to the pandemic. Which is excusable. Everything is in the supermarket downstairs, which is open until 10 pm;
* there are no mosquito nets on the window, so the window was opened only during the day, at night we slept with the window closed and the air conditioner turned on so as not to be poisoned by the fumigator once again. ... Someone wrote about the cold in winter - perhaps the problem is solved by the "heating" mode in the air conditioner (we were in the summer);
* little water leaves the shower stall (compensated by washing in slippers with thick soles). The owners of the hotel should fix this problem, if possible, for the complete ideal. It is not comme il faut, but everything else is so clean and comfortable that next time we plan to stay at Esperanto.
