Windows are old ventilated, mattresses with holes from which springs stick out when pressed on the mattress. The water is hot if you have time, otherwise wait until late at night to warm up. Pluses no bedbugs, cockroaches. The owners motivate the disadvantages with the low cost of a bed. There is no worthy competitor, otherwise they would have moved.
Hostel...cold rooms, old furniture, dirty. Of the pluses, there are no bedbugs :)
