Spacious room. Convenient shared kitchen. Administrators are friendly and help to find cafes in the city.
The room is stuffy, you can only ventilate through the transom. But we were in hot August.
Excellent parking. Conveniently located alongside the track.

A very reasonable hotel for an affordable price. There is a whole set for a comfortable stay. Clean. Order is constantly maintained by staff.

Clean, amenities in the rooms, the cafe works for banquets, there is a dining room, you can cook it yourself. The nearest shop is 600 meters away.

Lived in a single room. There is a bed in the room, clean linen, bedside table, refrigerator on it, 32nd TV, wardrobe, everything. There is a toilet and shower in the room. The room was clean, in principle, cleaned every day. I would like at least a chair and some small table in the room, otherwise there is no place to even put the laptop. The room has a split. Considering the cost per night, it is quite reasonable.

We took a deluxe room, as there were no triple rooms. And we were with a spouse and a teenage child. The suite turned out to be good, there is an extra space for a third person, but honestly, it can fit two children. There is air conditioning, boiler, refrigerator, kettle, TV, internet, shower, toilet, cups and glasses. Quite a decent room, not a suite of course, but very clean, nice. The staff is polite. The cost is 2500 rubles. Per day.
