Quiet, comfortable. Base on the banks of the Don. Purely. The houses are new. The split system is such that it is warm in the room even at 9 degrees. Internet, hot water as much as boiling water. In general, super, we liked it. In the shared kitchen and gas and microwave. We even found a pan for 10 kg of crayfish!) ♡♡♡ Thank you, we will come again !!!

Our family really likes this base. Good entry into the water, gentle, very comfortable with children, there is sand on the shore, and there are trees to stay in the shade. Gazebos for the company, but located so that one company does not interfere with the other. The houses are sheathed with wood from the inside, a sink, a toilet inside, their own, an air conditioner, a TV, and a refrigerator are very convenient!
