We took a number for the New Year. The room is cold, warmed up only in the morning. The pool is very cold. The service is poor (an extra bed was given only at 2 am, although we checked in at 2 pm and contacted the administrator 7 times).

Terrible service !!! Turned off the light and water ... were with small children, neither warm up the porridge, nor wash the children !!! It took a long time to persuade the staff to turn on the water in the water park ... they found a hundred reasons not to turn it on !!! When turned on in the end, it turned out that not all work ... hence the price does not correspond to the quality from the word AT ALL !!! The only plus is a nice beach on the banks of the Don! On Mondays, they also have a cleaning day, outdoor pools and a water park do not work, respectively ... but the visitor pays for this day in full, but cannot use these services accordingly - they DO NOT WARN about THIS (refer to what is written on each site) ... DO NOT ALL GO TO THE SITES !!! MUST BE WARNED !!! In general, for two days and two nights, we paid 18600 for three families ... the rest in this place is not worth the money absolutely! DO NOT RECOMMEND (there is something to compare with) !!!

The food is disgusting. Lowest quality products. The menu is monotonous. In the season of fresh vegetables and fruits - only a little cucumbers and 2 cabbage salads, as well as pickled tomatoes. Instead of plum butter - spread, instead of cheese - don't understand what it tastes like. The children refused to eat. And there is no alternative at all. Who needs this awful quality guesthouse. It would be better to make a cafe, but with a normal kitchen. People would choose for themselves what they are willing to pay for.
Special attention should be paid to the work of the reception. Booked 2 weeks in advance by phone for details. But! The girl was clearly in a hurry, she had no time to communicate with us. Grumbled the cost of living and hung up. The day before arrival, I tried to call the reception, to clarify the reservation. 17 calls and never answered the phone. When they arrived, they said that they had so many people checking in, they had no time to answer their calls. Although in the morning and in the evening (and I called at that time) they do not have a check-in.
We paid for an extra seat. But no bed linen was brought to us. I had to run after the cleaning lady and beg for a pillow with a sheet and a towel. Hygiene items - soap, shampoo, gel - are put in for only one day. When asked to update, they said- Not allowed! They do not provide towels for the pool, but take them for rent. 50 ₽ per towel per day + deposit 250 ₽. Although nowhere is it indicated that only for a day. Most likely we were simply deceived and put money in their pocket. They also demanded 450 rubles for checking in 2 hours earlier.
The water park is very dirty, not all slides work, but there are only 4 of them. Moreover, they are closed for 2 hours at lunchtime. There is garbage at the bottom of the pool. The sun beds are never washed, everything is stained.
I do not recommend this recreation center to anyone. They don't even have a first aid kit. Although about 5 years ago it was cool there. But now - the bottom

We decided to relax as a family, bought 4 subscribers for 1200 each to the water park. From 10 o'clock 2 slides out of five worked. There was a break from 12 to 14, after 14 there were three slides. To the question Why 50% of the slides do not work, the answer is strange - few people! So what have I got to do with it, I paid the full cost! When asked where the locker rooms were, the staff found it difficult to answer and offered to change in the toilet)) during lunch and when all the slides were closed, they offered to splash in the pool. But I can do this at a nearby base for 500 rubles per person. business in Russian))
