The people are kind and good. Always help. There is something to cook on, it is very convenient, there are butcher shops nearby. Milk is really only 2.5 fat, which is depressing, but this is another story that has nothing to do with the hotel. The economy rooms have tables and a TV (only shared channels) (the director didn’t pay us better), but there is a shared shower and a shared toilet. We are completely satisfied. ✌😁

Polite attentive staff. The room has a kettle, dishes, TV. Kitchen, toilet and shower on the floor. The furniture is old, but the hotel is clean, quiet and inexpensive, a good option to spend the night on the road.

Semi-luxe rooms are normal, shower and toilet in the room, there is a refrigerator, kettle, TV, wifi, for 1750 rubles for a room with a double bed. The staff is polite. It is possible to pay by card. The car can be driven into the territory under the castle.

Of the minuses, in the corridor, of course, the full USSR. The corridor on the second floor is in need of repair. Shared showers and toilets on the floor are not very good with old wooden doors (for cheap convenience rooms on the floor).

Excellent hotel. I recommend. The interior of the Soviet era is not embarrassing. The smell is pleasant. Everything is clean and comfortable. Price and quality match. Economy room for two cost 1200r. We stopped on our way from Moscow to Pavlodar. Thanks to the hotel management.

I like it. The prices are very cheap. We took a suite for two for 2300 rubles, the suite has a shower. We slept well, near the entrance to the hotel there is a good little beer shop with fresh smoked and dried fish. I recommend to everyone
