Terrible reservation service at the WOOD restaurant. The first time I was there the staff told me I had to make a reservation (I get this).On another day I called in advance and the girl that picked up the phone asked me to go there and just wait (As if I had nothing else to do) and she said that it wasn't something sure, besides this she wasn't so friendly on the phone. So, how am I supposed to make a reservation?

It was an excellent restaurant, but with life all the differences leave it from other competitors, the portions have become smaller, and everything is not so tasty as before ... very disappointing, because the restaurant was right in the top of the best, or rather it was not better in our city , now you can go to others without a twinge of conscience.

Service is great! The food is delicious! When ordering steaks, specify the degree of doneness! In general, everything is great! Recommend.

Surprisingly) but perhaps this is one of the best hotels I've come across. Among the disadvantages: in the morning there is a slight smell in the bathroom, most likely due to the drain, a weak water seal. A bit noisy (you can hear restaurant music). But this is not so clearly expressed, therefore, the maximum score. Pros: availability. A chic, super chic restaurant. We were able to surprise more than once. The prices are quite reasonable. The rooms are clean. No neighbors are heard. Generally recommend Of all the hotels in Nevinnomyssk, only this one. A combination of relaxation and entertainment at the highest level. The staff are very courteous.
