Квартира не сдается лицам младше 23 лет.
Квартира не сдается для проведения мероприятий ( вечеринок, дней рождений и т. д. )
Соблюдать закон тишины с 21. 00 до 8. 00 будние дни/22. 00 до 10. 00 праздничные и выходные/с 13. 00 до 15. 00 ежедневно - штраф 3000 руб, за оставленный мусор, не мытую посуду, и дополнительный клининг имущества 1000руб

Рядом много пляжей и мест для рыбалки.

Дети до 7 лет бесплатно.
Залог за сохранность имущества 5 тыс. Возвращается при выезде без повреждений в доме и в чистом виде (помыть за собой посуду и оставить мусорные пакеты на входе или до мусорки 50 метров).
Возможна аренда на более длительный срок со скидкой за длительность проживания.

Okay, So the hotel is amazing. Great location and loved the staff. They were friendly and the receptionist could accommodate English speakers. The missing star because of the hard mattress in the room. It was so hard that I could not sleep the whole night. They are ranked as five star hotel but I am not sure why the bed mattress was made hard wood! Otherwise, all fine and perfect.

Very nice little hotel I've stayed at many times already. Very convenient location for me. For those who want to visit the summer palace there is no better choice since it's only two minutes walking to the palace park entrance.

Amazing hotel in a peaceful location, just a few steps away from a massive park with a lake and a marvelous palace. The rooms are huge and comfy, delicious breakfast, polite staff, swimming pool, bowling, jacuzzi and three types of sauna! It felt like a true resort. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel! The second time we stayed there. Clean and comfortable. Convenient access to attractions. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

I am writing a review, since everything ended well. My husband was poisoned by breakfast, they could not figure out what exactly, but then for a day and a half he lived exclusively on tea and medicines. The room is affordable and decent for beds, WiFi, and bathroom. But most likely we will not come here again. Sad

Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious enough and have all the necessary hygiene items. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Breakfast is average, but you can't go hungry. Parking on site is paid - 200 rubles per day.

Kochubey mansion. Historical building, beautiful interiors

Good enough hotel, but food is excellent and I do recommend to visit the hotel's restaurant

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and dating in your hotel. And thank you so much for such a great time! We were in a suite with jacuzzi #2. There was also a mini sauna in the room, and the pool was not enough for complete happiness. Very cozy and romantic. Special thanks for the heart on the bed! It was our best anniversary ever. Stayed here with my wife for a couple of nights. We took a standard room. Booked in advance. We liked the number. A good repair has been made, the bed is wide, the TV is large, the chairs are comfortable. Clean, comfortable. The linen is fresh. All conditions for recreation. The staff is polite. They didn't upset us. The location is convenient. Quite a normal hotel, there are much worse.
