We rest not the first year. Everything is convenient: the market and the sea are a 5-minute walk away. Good attitude towards guests. Thanks to Galina.

The atmosphere is calm, there is a dining room, a small kitchen for self-cooking, clean rooms, a small playground on the ground floor, billiards.

My daughter and I have been resting here for the second year. We really like it, there is all the necessary minimum for a comfortable stay. Come back here again and again.

It's not bad. The essentials are there. For a family vacation, everything suits.

A very good place for a relaxing holiday with your family. The rooms are nice and spacious. Large parking. There is enough space for children to play. Thank you very much Sonya for her hospitality. Yours is very good! We will come again.

Clean, neat, not far from the sea, just past the market and souvenirs. Every time they passed, they asked the price, on the last day they already knew where something was cheaper, they studied the whole range.

Very neat mini hotel. In the rooms there is everything: refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning. Parking in the yard. A small playground and a number of swings. And most importantly, that the sea is near. We really enjoyed.

Liked. The food is tasty and good. I didn’t like the bathroom / no hood and interruptions in water /. Weak WiFi. There are many shops along the way to the beach. The water is clean. The staff is attentive.

Far from the sea, constant interruptions in electricity, so it is most often not possible to use the amenities of the room. Of the pluses there is a barbecue area, gazebos and a small pool on the territory.

I highly recommend this guest house. 5+ liked everything. excellent staff rooms.

The place itself is beautiful. The administrator is responsive. But the room service leaves much to be desired. There is no hair dryer, no cups, no kettles either. The towels are very small. The design of the bathroom is such that the floor is wet all the time. It is poured onto the toilet area.

Good staff attitude hotels. close to the sea 5 minutes and ready in small steps. for some reason we liked it, we have been coming for the second year in a row. only one minus in the pool the water is cool ..

We are not coming here for the first time. Satisfied. The sea is nearby. Canteens, shops. Clean pool and complex. Good staff.

Rested by the company for a week, very cool, cozy, rooms with splits, in the territory of its cafe, a delicious grill menu, the cleanest pool, the owner of the house Radik is closely watching this, everything is within walking distance to the sea for 3 minutes on foot, the beach is excellent! Rested here in August 2018. Wonderful hotel! Everything is clean, well-groomed, beautiful! There is a dining room, a swimming pool, live music in the evening, air conditioning in every room, and a TV. The hosts are very friendly! There is also parking for cars. In general, if we rest in Lermontovo, only in Magnat !!! 😍

Great hotel, there is a children's playground, tennis table. On the 6th floor there is a swimming pool, very clean, sun loungers. The rooms are not large, but everything you need is there. Min. 10 to the sea. Not all rooms have a good view. When booking, specify that you do not have to admire the wall from the room upon arrival.

I put 4 out of 5 1 took a room on the 6th floor overlooking the sea, no complaints, you can see the sea, the sunset is gorgeous, the room itself is not big, but since we only spent the night in the room, it was normal. TV 10 channels, conder, 2 chairs and a table, 2 beds in place (not very comfortable at night 😉) hot water and a comfortable serviceable shower. But for 4 days the room was not cleaned...

Super hotel for the price "guest toilet houses". I recommend to everyone. Only 5 minutes drive from the wild beaches. Clean and tidy. For big discount I advise to book through the app Ostrovok.
