Hotel Atrium

In principle, the room was cleaned, but I had to pay for a micro sofa (300 rubles) for a 2.8 year old child, although the website says that 300 rubles for renting a crib or stroller. And so in general they took a 3-bed room initially, for which a surcharge of 300 is not clear. Bed linen for 6 days did not change nirazu, there is no soap and shampoo, but a lot of shower gel. The wi-fi is terrible throughout the territory, it is simply impossible to download Instagram. The water pressure in the room is also awful, barely flowing out of the shower. You will not be able to rinse after the sea. The tiles around the pool are slippery, the steps are also very slippery and the tiles are on the barbecue area. The mangal area is small, you need to do the barbecue in turn. Which is very annoying. The dining room closed immediately upon check-in. So I had to eat in the city. The summer kitchen is terrible, there are no dishes at all. In other hotels or recreation centers, dishes were issued per room for the number of people, and you could also get a saucepan and a frying pan, and for a lower price per day than here. From everything I conclude: hotel design 5, security 3 (very slippery), service 1 (for 6 days the room was not removed and the bed linen was not changed)

Was recently at this hotel a nightmare! The money paid for the room dirty, boorish cleaners and mice in the ceiling! In the bathroom mold on the tile, the smell of sewage is strong, for all stay (13 days) never cleaning. In the same room is CREEPY CREAKS the CEILING ALL NIGHT, the music screams so that it is difficult to sleep. The condo is not changing filters all in the dust. Downstairs there is a kitchen you can cook yourself, but 2 plates and 8 stove burners, works 2 from strength, there was no utensils! The water in kulira from the tap, taste of rotten water. From the pros - nice dining room downstairs, inexpensive, BUT my husband got a glass of juice with glass, be careful!!! I do not suggest this hotel, overpriced, and lousy service!

Booked a room at the hotel in February,paid 3 Tr Then it so happened that to go does not work on certain circumstances!For 3.5 weeks, we called the hotel and said that to come can not!We were told that if they during this time do not inhabit anyone ,the money is not returned!In the end, I called back once,got a phone call that a woman,man!The staff is Hame, just screamed at me that we have cancelled your booking within 10 days,insulted me!it's just a horror!this I have relationship not seen any where!!!!!!Boorish attitude to customers,arrogant staff!

The room is beautiful at first glance, but then worse... stayed in room 113, the Plumbing is in poor condition - cock squirts. Shower is small - the curtain sticks to the body, very disgusting! On the last day of the stay, the night killed in the bathroom 5! Cockroaches... hadn't seen them Before, otherwise I would have refused the room... the room is not weathered smell of smokes, it seems to us in the room smoked. In the dining room the food is OK, prices are affordable. The bathroom was clean, but noisy. TV cheap and showed awful pensioner channels. Cleaned in the room for all 5 days 1 times, bed not changed.
