No pluses:
1. The staff is not polite.
2. Dirty rooms, strangers' hair, urine stains on mattresses.
3. Bathroom stinks very badly, problems with hot and cold water.
4. Buying toilet paper and towels.
5. Long climb to the fourth floor.

Didn't like it at all
4th floor without elevator. The toilet stinks like someone just died and didn't take a shower. Stuffy. they make noise on the street, people who check in and out make noise in the corridor, there is some kind of stupid window above the door from which the light from the corridor floods the room. They tried to check in more expensive than at booking, then I started to make out there - but it’s not necessary, I’ll check in like that, etc.

The hotel is located on the 4th floor. After the road, not the most pleasant thing drags there. Asked for a room with a split system as it was hot outside. Well, what system they gave us, I will indicate in the photo.
There is no hot water, or rather, by some miracle, it appeared literally for 20 minutes and disappeared again. Pretty unpleasant. Very dirty and cold floors in the room. It feels like you are walking on stone. By the time I got from the shower to the bed, my legs were just black. Photo attached.
At about 21 o'clock a man came to check in, who booked a room and paid for it in advance, and until 23 he and the administrator shouted and found out who was right. And when it was not yet 6 o'clock in the morning, the cleaning lady, clanging buckets, went to clean up. Sleep didn't work at all.
Terrible. I do not advise.

Plus 1 point for a sensitive and rambunctious security guard who escorted to the car at night when the alarm went off.
