Been here 2 times this fall. I liked it very much. The place is excellent. The buffet meals are delicious, plentiful and varied. Great pool with slides. We visited the salt cave and the aroma room. These are bonuses. It's interesting to go. There is a rental of various entertainment. For children, excellent animators and a good playroom. Of the abundance of holiday homes, hotels. Here is an excellent ratio: price-quality. Plus nice discounts and cashback from Rostourism like. Convenient check-in at 17 and check-out at 15. There are no comments even, nothing.
I liked it very much. But, if you are going to relax and have fun, then of course it is better in the summer. Of the minuses, bowling did not work, the restaurant did not work, the disco was boring, from cocktails only whiskey and cola :), music ... just no comments))) and what was very frustrating was the sketch card that did not open the door to the room. But since this happened on the penultimate day before leaving, they did not apply to the administration. As for the hotel and food! There are no cons!!! The rooms are perfectly clean, white sheets, white towels, the bathroom is clean. The food deserves a separate comment! Everything was top notch! Absolutely everything was delicious! From omelettes, casseroles, cereals and to dessert soups! The cooks are just smart, for which many thanks to them! From entertainment: every day, exercises on the street or indoors with music and jokes, cinema, cycling, just walking in the fresh air. Children's room for children, where you could send them to relax;) Thank you very much Yahonty, I recommend it for relaxation!
The coolest hotel ever! Just a paradise for children and adults. Buffet, interesting animation for children, large area, just take a walk, swimming pool, spa, and much more. But with the coronovirus, the pool has been greatly reduced to only 45 minutes, you can swim there. And it was limitless. In honor of Halloween, a fear room and various Halloween discos appeared here. The kids have fun here. Nice rooms but a bit broken. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The prices in this hotel are not big, but not quite small either. I really like this hotel!!!
I am highly disappointed of this hotel, but I have decided to give two stars since:
1) the nature is really beautiful, high threes and beautiful bay,
2) the room for baby is big and full of toys so that the baby will really enjoy is staying.
The hotel itself is a disaster (it deserves 1 start rating no more):
Carpet on the floor is completely ruin, dirty, something I wont expect in a 4 stars hotel. The first day it was strongly smelling of some essence, then the second day the room was strongly smelling of pee. We understood that the essence was just to try cover the smell of the dirty and unwashable moquette.
Bathroom accessories are from the 90's maybe, tiles from the 70's, design of maybe a 2 star hotel.
There was food below the cupboard at our arrival and it was never removed during our stay.
Furniture in the room was dirty in all is parts.
Cold room during the night since all window frames are in plastic.
Food was a disaster, I am not even going to comment it.

Recently got out to relax in this hotel. In General I can say that everything is super. The food in the restaurant , the rooms, the service is great. But I agree with the previous review that the bath dear 2 Tr per hour plus everything else and a broom 750 rubles, paid Slippers-100 RUB. Bowling in very poor condition - broken track balls and four are only two, while the price is quite adequate.
Came on the weekend on the shares of Hipclab. First impressions: the place is VERY NICE! All around the forest. Green, fresh. On the territory of three buildings. The rooms are cozy. We had a Deluxe TWIN sabaniroo. Good 4****. But, surprised by the price for indoor Parking-500 rubles per day. Not to split hairs and left at the entrance. Would like to mention the staff-well DONE!!! The guys are responsive, helpful. A good school. Concluding the review write at the end of stay, upon departure :)

Went in winter. For families with children is a great place! A large area, skating with slides, kids room, entertainment programme, heated swimming pool, the food - all very worthy! The only thing that is not listed on the websites and not announced to us - nursery is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, because we stopped by on Sunday and was counting on this room, this time a little upset. Children's animation designed for children from 5-7 years. Adult animation programs are provided on weekends. For the entertainment of mom and dad has a bowling alley, Spa, rental of various equipment, Billiards (a table in a fairly narrow room was not very comfortable in the wall of the cue to rest), the pool is very cool: divided into adult and children's area, there are slides for kids and adults, and most importantly warm in the locker room and in the water. In General, I recommend to those who wants with the children to get out into nature.
