Location and price = excellent, but the service is definitely minus!
Firstly, you need to remind them to do something (the door didn’t close and did it only after 3 reminders), and secondly, the hostess threatened to be evicted. We were sitting near the room, on the 4th floor (we brought a table and chairs ourselves, although it was immediately ) we talked and talked (did not shout) the staff started yelling at us and saying that they would evict us, etc., supposedly other customers complain, although customers should understand that this is a resort city and a place to relax, and in general they could come up and express their opinion and ask to be quiet!
Today we are 3 day towel and bed linen no one changed!
In general, everything is as usual for a holiday in the south of Russia))

We rested here in July 2018. I liked everything! Near the sea, good rooms, hot water without interruption. The kitchen for cooking is equipped with everything you need, a lot of utensils. The hosts are attentive and responsive.

I liked the price of a 4-bed room (they made a discount), there are not many people, even though the season is high. The reason is located in such a place that in order to stumble upon it, one must look and look into the depths of the yards. Close to the sea, right in a straight line without any detours of other hotels. Someone see that telly from the 90s, but who needs it? There is Wi-Fi and a tablet.

Greeted warmly, taken to the room showed what and how. The rooms are great. Nice view from the balcony. There are also free parking spaces. Kitchen, dining room... Everything is wonderful. Thanks, we'll be back!
