Daiv Hotel

Good hotel located on a hill. We lived in a room with a double bed for 2000 r, the bed is large, we all fit) we didn’t pay for the child, which is a big plus.
The room has its own bathroom and toilet.
The hotel is three-story, we lived on the 3rd floor, constantly going up and down to the common kitchen is annoying.
In general, the hotel is quiet, calm, families with children stay here. The hotel is located next to the road, it is very convenient to call in by car, there is parking.
In the yard there is a swimming pool and a small playground for children. Only 100 meters from the sea.
The view from the window is awesome on the sea, on the left is the forest. Spoils the view, of course, construction, the village is slowly expanding))

The hotel is quite consistent with the declared 3⭐

Ideal for an overnight stop on a long journey.
A good resting place for an unassuming group of adults who don't bother with household chores.
For families with children ... Each family will decide for itself what will suit it and what will not.

We rested as a family (4 people) in an attic room for 6 days.
Pros:
* close to the sea (5-7 min);
* clear sea: at a depth of 1.5 - 2 meters the bottom is visible, although there are sooooo many people swimming;
* grocery stores are also close
(if you need to go to the center, you can walk in 20 minutes);
* convenient parking and easy entry / exit (highway nearby);
* refrigerator, air conditioner, TV (20 channels), small dryer in the room;
* windows overlook the sea, beautiful view;
* there are curtains on the window of the attic balcony, exit to the balcony through the door
(the heat starts in the afternoon, when the sun "shifts" to the other side of the building. But we went to the sea, closed the balcony and window in another room, turned on the air conditioner and felt great on our return; meanwhile, everything on the balcony was drying up perfectly);
* spacious toilet room (sink, toilet and shower, we also asked for a basin for washing clothes);
* comfortable kitchen (2 gas stoves - 6 burners, 2 electric kettles, 2 microwave ovens);
* a lot of dishes: both in which to cook and from which you can eat
(the problem with the lack of dishes is created by the vacationers themselves, who take pots or kettles to their rooms and do not return them during the time, although the administrators immediately warn them to empty the dishes after cooking and give out containers if possible);
* helpful and pleasant staff (especially the administrators. Elena, thanks for the thermometer at 3 am))
* hall, corridors and kitchen are kept clean and tidy
(those who wrote about mold on the walls may have stayed in another hotel: in such a climate, in my opinion, mold cannot exist.
When we checked into the room, all the surfaces of the shelves and nightstands were perfectly clean);

Disadvantages for me:
√ the road to the beach passes by the construction site and it is automobile: cars and minibuses to the beach often drive along it (this construction site and the road can be bypassed through the territory of other hotels and will add 5 minutes to the road to the beach);
√ the presence of a shower stall did not allow me to fully control the washing of children;
√ there is a nightclub on the seashore and if you go to bed late, you can hear "boom-boom" (especially with open windows);
√ low sound insulation, so if you are "lucky" with noisy neighbors, then you will hear music and loud conversations (we were lucky with neighbors. No quotes);
√ poor ventilation system: from the lower floors it pulled everything up and, unfortunately, I felt these smells ((

Minuses:
- a broken mixer tap in the shower cabin of our room (to open it then it opened, with a certain "approach to it", but it was impossible to regulate the water temperature);
- the absence of a mosquito net on the window of the attic balcony: in the evening insects fly through the open window;
- poor-quality cleaning of the floor in the room: children accidentally found an open empty ampoule !!! from the medicine left over from the past tenants (we did not bring such medicine with us)

If we have the opportunity to come to the sea, then we may (70%) choose this hotel again, just keep in mind that there are vacationers with the letter "K"
("collective farmers": "everything around is collective farm, everything around is mine") Unfortunately, different people stop and in the common kitchen consider any things and products on the shelves as their own. But this does not apply to the operation of the hotel ...

Were in this hotel for the first time. A BIG PLUS of the hotel is that it is a three-minute walk from the sea. The staff is polite, responsive. Elena, Viktor Vasilievich are always ready to help. But there are also some minor downsides. Plumbing!!! Apparently, they chose the cheapest one, the faucet in the sink is very close to the edge of the sink, it is inconvenient to wash your hands. The tray at the shower cabin has practically no sides, every time after a shower the floor in the shower room was flooded, the puddles that formed had to be wiped off. The kettle cannot be used in the room. From the dishes in the room there were two glasses and an ashtray. The kitchen is on the first floor, there are utensils, you can cook. The beds only have linens, no bedspreads. If these household trifles do not really bother you, then you can live, I say again that the hotel is in close proximity to the beach

Liked the hotel very much! Beautiful sea view, hot shower, toilet, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, spacious room. There is a shared kitchen. Free parking. To the sea 100 meters. Located in a quiet place a little far from the general sea bustle
We will definitely come again to this hotel!
