Great place - cool playgrounds, next to an excellent pine forest with paths. I personally rode my baby there for a year - it’s just beautiful in spring and summer). There is a shop on site, but to get to everything else you need to go by car - so a personal car is highly recommended.

A great place for a quiet and peaceful life. The air is fresh, the houses are no higher than three floors, eco-parking. There is a grocery store on site where you can buy everything you need. There is only one minus - transport does not go here, if you don’t have a car, the path to the nearest stop is not close.
Great place to live and relax! Small houses (3 floors), the entrances are clean, I liked the apartments, apparently not all have been sold yet. There are enough parking spaces, the area is fenced, there is a barrier and a security guard at the entrance. Nearby there are quarries in a pine forest (a favorite vacation spot for city residents). The only drawback is that you can't get there without a car
