The area is clean and tidy. There is a playground. But there is nowhere to walk. Outside the territory is dirty, construction is underway and there are fences and barriers all around - “private territory”

An excellent place, we rested with our family for four days, got endless pleasure, rested in silence from the bustle of the city and Gama.
Very ascetic, minimum utensils. But very nice in winter. The house has underfloor heating everywhere except the bedrooms. There are no restaurants or cafes on site. Barbecue one for two houses, no firewood and coal :(
Great place to relax with family. There is a playground, a sauna, a closed area. You can come with animals. The houses are nearby but the house is quiet, you can not hear the neighbors. Dishes, bed linen, towels - all provided. And a very nice price tag. I recommend visiting both summer and winter.
