I liked everything!!! I think all the bad reviews were written by people who stayed there before the renovation. Or I don’t know what their experience and needs are)) I’m comparing with other hotels in the Moscow region in the same price category. I went with trepidation, having read a lot of bad reviews, and I’m very glad that I didn’t fall for them. Everything is simply excellent!! Everywhere is beautiful: on the territory, in the room, in the restaurant, the children’s playroom is beyond praise. Bright, clean, warm, the children have fun, there are lots of toys. The children aged 3, 6, and 9 were happy. We didn’t notice any entertainment, but we weren’t looking for it. We were there in the winter on a weekday. There weren’t many people in the pool, there was enough space for us. We went from about six to seven. Grandma swam during the day for about 13 hours, completely alone. The pool is very warm. The staff is friendly, responsive, and fulfilled all requests. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Not a huge selection, but everything you order is very tasty. Lots of desserts. Fruit. Both adults and children (who are very picky eaters) had their fill. I'll recommend the hotel to friends and might come back again this summer (although we're not the kind of people who go to the same place twice).

I went on vacation for a week. The room I booked was small and cozy. It's quiet and peaceful, with the houses spread out far from each other. The only problem might be the connection, especially for those with Beeline. And it's hard to get a taxi if you're driving.

The rooms are cozy, the radiator heats well, the bed is comfortable, the shower has a good water supply. Breakfasts and lunches are delicious (it seemed to me that they were even too varied)), but there are few soups for lunch. Dinners are normal, but in comparison with breakfast and lunch - they lose. The territory is beautiful, well-groomed. The staff is friendly

It is a bit far from Moscow, in traffic jams we drove for a long time on Friday. But on Sunday we got there not bad. We took a standard room. It is big. There is a kettle and tea in the room. We were with our 3-year-old son. They put a separate bed for him. He liked everything. In front of the territory Experienced people come with coal and shashlik. We took full board with three meals a day. Food - special attention is worth it. All three meals are an excellent buffet. And dietary dishes, vegetarian and meat. Everything is for every taste. With fruits, milk for the child, cereals, and in the evening and aperitifs for an additional fee. The price includes daily use of the pool for an hour. An excellent massage therapist works! Both my wife and I are delighted! Nice green territory, there is equipment rental and many activities for children. On the territory there is a children's room and a bar "attic", so children of any age will find something to do ;)

A good place. Vast territory, a beautiful lake with a swimming area and places for fishermen. There are many facilities: a small (shallow, up to 2 m, dimensions 7-8 by 3.5-4 meters, not enough for such a number of guests, but it will last until the evening) swimming pool with fountains and saunas + you can buy swimming trunks, even for children, armbands, etc. ;bath; a couple of bars and a couple of restaurants; for children there are two playgrounds (a more modern small one and a larger one near the pond - conditionally "Soviet") and animation, rental of various devices including snowmobiles, a shooting gallery, etc. Very hearty, varied and delicious breakfast. Don't take too much food, a common mistake? We were in a townhouse - a well-equipped kitchen (down to paper towels, plus two refrigerators, one like a minibar, but you understand...). Attention: for 4+1 extra beds there is only one bathroom with a shower (was it cramped for me?). It’s a little stuffy, but we have a baby, so we were afraid to open the window too much at night in winter. Magnit is 3-4 km away, but walking is inconvenient. Near each house there is a grill plus a bundle of firewood as a gift and skewers/grills free of charge upon request (well, or in honor of the holiday they gave us both for free). The only big negative: children and non-children ride rental snowmobiles and ATVs on the same roads as for walking. They drove into me. With your children you need to be on guard in every sense of the word.

Great place to stay with kids and friends. Cabins and rooms are located throughout the territory. The territory is all in the spruce-pine forest. We were in April - there are no mosquitoes, but in the summer, I believe, there are a lot of them. The circle around the entire territory takes about 20 minutes at a slow pace. Good restaurant and service, food is varied, tasty, there is a diet table. Clean, neat, harmonious, quiet. In the spa, I recommend the masseur Nikolai - a professional. Elena did a facial massage, very gently and carefully. In general, I recommend a place for a relaxing holiday or for relaxing with a company.

Great place to relax. You can spend the weekend among the forest with family and friends. There is everything for this - a restaurant with good cuisine, a bar, billiards, houses for every taste, barbecues. Rental of sports equipment, boats. Games with children. Bath. Come!

I liked it very much! Large well-groomed territory, many different entertainments and comfortable rooms. You can swim, steam in the bath and sauna, walk, ride ATVs and even dance on the weekends. The restaurants cook delicious food. Price tags are moderate for the Moscow region.

The area is not big but cozy. Good with children. They feed normally. Probably a little overpriced. But there is everything you need.
