For its price - norms. We stopped by to spend the night on 06.01-07.01. The standard room is 4000R (breakfast and lunch included. We didn’t want to stay until lunch, so we asked in advance to cook dinner for us instead of lunch. The administration went to meet us 👍)
The room is warm and comfortable. They wrote about thin partitions, yes, you can hear the neighbors, the clatter from above is very noticeable. Large TV, refrigerator for 2 rooms in the hallway. Microwave and cooler in the hallway on the 1st floor.
They feed tolerably. But you can order from their main menu. Good craft beer.

At Christmas we were in the bathhouse and hamam at this base. Bath 1 is super, everything is new, there is a lot of space, the sauna is spacious. There were 11 of us. The sink is large, radio for the background, the toilet is clean, large sofas and tables.

Basically, we liked it. The base is located on the coast of the lake. Turgoyak. We took a double room for 2500 per day, on a weekend. The room has towels, disposable shower gels and shampoos. The territory is small, but there is still a large beach nearby for walking. On the territory there is a rental of subs (500 R/h), catamarans, yachts (3000 R/h) and boats (approximately 1000 R/h). We rented only a sub, one for two. An hour was enough to swim. You can also ride a wakeboard on the territory (stand on the board and you are pulled by a cable). I liked it very much, I got 500 rubles for 15, 15 minutes was enough to get tired, but during this time I learned to stand on the board and turn around in the opposite direction.
The water is clean, clear, but it was cold (end of May), although many people swam. There is a lot of pollen at this time, in some places large areas of water are covered with pollen.
Food. They serve complex breakfasts/lunches/dinners. Nothing special, like in the camp. There is an additional menu and a bar.
Wifi is not working in the rooms.
The road to the place is bad. Free parking is available on site for visitors.
In general, for such a price - a good stay.
