It gets worse and worse every year. We arrived by booking a room in the 6th building. They settled in a room the size of a matchbox in the 2nd building. The administrator said that they have the right to change the reservation, why then do they need a reservation at all? According to the price list, one price, they took more money. When asked about a refund, the administrator mumbles nonsense. The food is terrible. We will go to court.

The place is magical. But the service! We were with children 4 and 6 years old. There are no special complaints about the building - the repair is quite fresh, the linen is clean, the furniture is in good condition. Mosquito nets on windows. Cleaning, including garbage removal was done 1 time in 5 days! Towels were not changed, which was warned immediately. There is a cooler in the corridor, a refrigerator in the room. You can live.
There is nothing for children on the territory. And there are a lot of children. The children's room is open from 10 to 12, closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Entertainment is original, from Soviet times - songs to the button accordion and dances. It would even be interesting to remember youth, but children ... Excursions are also organized. Expensive! Zlatoust - 800 rubles, drive 40 km, but this is not a claim to the sanatorium
And food! This is a huge minus and even a shame for the owner. If only I'd read the reviews sooner... It's been a while since I've eaten chicken chopped up with the bones into matchbox sized portions. Breakfast, supposedly a buffet, but they give out strictly half sausages, an omelet is smeared on a large beautiful plate, and out of the three stated porridge, we didn’t have enough. Third shift. At 10:00 we had breakfast. It was Sunday August 18th. Eating too much is bad, it's common knowledge. But it is not clear why the menu says 150 g, but you get exactly three times less. They replaced 4 slices of cucumbers and 4 slices of tomatoes. They regretted a whole tomato for the brawler). The kids got a pasta casserole for dinner, which was served for lunch.
